The food is frankly phenomenal - it's themed around delicious Cajun fare, but your traditional bar staples (*cough* try the fries *cough*) are also absurdly good.

The cosy atmosphere is reminiscent of Cheers, there is frequent live music, and the best part is that (outside of live performances) they don't blast the music! You can hear yourself think and have a conversation without yelling, a rarity these days.

Bonus points because all their stools/chairs solidly touch ground with all four legs, so no wobbling all night because you got the dud seat.

Gardens outside for those who are into plants, and an eclectic consignment store right next door for that good wandering.

Haven't tried the breakfast/brunch menu yet, but excited to go back for that.

Wayyyy more than a consignment shop! Thank you for this unique diamond design multi-colored area rug and this stellar solid wood hall tree with full length beveled mirror and storage bench. Also our (4) mahogany dining room chairs with velvet seat cushions. (We put one in our living room for a guest - super comfy!)
The owners, Sam and Caz are a delight! Every time we visit this shop there's always something new - we go a couple times a month just to see all the cool new things they found on their estate & auction ventures.
We were looking for specific items and they found us exactly what we wanted.
This place is for buyers and sellers! They even built a website for requests and photos of their inventory. Some times we just go to browse, visit with them and share what's been going on.
It is a warm relaxed experience at Cherished Possessions - the art on the walls is something we really enjoy too. Stop by when you can - You will be happy you did like we are every time.

I had a very unpleasant experience here and will never go back and will never recommend it. As a customer I was shocked at the way I was treated. I was told I could pick my items up that don't sell after Jan. 25th. I went in on Jan. 27th to pick them up. When I initially arrived to pick up these items I said to the woman behind the counter "I'm here to pick up my items that didn't sell". In a very short, rude, annoyed tone asked my name. She then said again in a very annoyed tone, "we don't give items back on a Saturday". She was extremely angry, stressed, impatient, rude and short with me. I replied that no one told me that when I dropped off my items. Then proceeded to tell me to go get my items off the floor. I had no idea where my items were. I found all of my items except an antique rocking chair which was nowhere to be found. They finally found it out back in some dusty storage area. Well I guess it wouldn't sell if it was out back in a storage area. Also while at the register with her she informed me that none of my items had sold which was untrue. One item sold and I was owed a total of $9.00 which she told me I couldn't get that day and that a check would be mailed to me. As I read other reviews here, looks like I shouldn't expect a check. Glad I only sold $9.00. They like you if you are shopping but don't want to give you your money if they sell something. I was so upset and uncomfortable when I left I forgot to pick up one other item that didn't sell but in no way will I ever step foot near that place. I am still shocked that a business would treat a customer the way I was treated.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! All time scam artist, they will sell your items without telling you and act like they weren’t yours to begin with.

They avoid phone calls and won’t meet with you. They don’t accurately track and report the items consigned. When you are eventually allowed to pick up your own items, they will try to give you other people’s items of lesser value.

The owner was extremely rude and hostile.

0/10 will not be going back.

This place...I've kept to myself : unfortunate as it may
be - with respect to my socially - inclined path these last ,ohhhhh...10 yrs. To start off easy..
People!! Don't. Go paying 100's upon 100's of Target -or Wally -type world for the walls to decorate your self inspired Lair..When you can get a Thomasville Oak dining table plus beautifully upholstered chairs gently worn ; No flaws; for $300-$400...!!!
Lighting, Pictures,-singular one of a kind pieces ,you can find here - pretty much anything. ..There it is : " The cat is officially out of the Bag ,-&:on the run"
You should be too .. or skip it 😁

Large space. Clean. Alllll kinds of interesting items. The place has lots and lots of armoires and antique writing desks Victorian chairs hutches ... home fixing things that are Grand and small.. an item for every price bracket.. other obscure things like vintage toys, picnic baskets, other cool baskets... Sweet kimono robes ... tools.. and the customer service was very good. Not in your face but there to help pinpoint things out when they see a curiosity on your face. Super nice people. I believe their names were Sammi and Kaz. I was impressed that their business has an online stock of their items so you can keep track of things you are interested in or even just basically shop from the couch... good for them <3 today we got a very sweet picnic basket for a good price and an antique Mahjong set and a beautiful modern floor lamp at A really lovely price
