Staff very friendly and helpful. Repairs done quickly. Glitch with pet policy (I have no creatures) company. When I signed lease, I signed pet form, but the pet people persist in pestering me. Secondly, I am mobility impaired and there is only a stairway to my FIRST-floor apartment and too few nearby accessible parking places or ramps. Thirdly (not Commons' fault), USPS will not deliver packages here, but all other carriers do. Otherwise I would rate this 5 stars for excellent service..

These apartments are on the come up. I was out here once before about 3 years ago, and the management was terrible plus the property had a lot going on. They have new management now that seems very experienced, understanding to tenant needs, and the property is well kept. I'm currently in the process of moving back on to the property. Great location, reasonable prices, and cool management. Talk to the property manager Kayla Smith and she will get you squared away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour experience with Kayla, where I found the property to be well maintained and the staff, including maintenance, to be exceedingly courteous and informative, and just welcoming, to be honest. I have rarely found property managers to be so approachable and have all the answers so I was impressed. The apartments are charming and I can't wait to live here.

Chenal Commons is the best apartment complex in Little Rock! The staff is very attentive and professional. The newest property manager, Kayla, worked very hard in ensuring the property has the newest upgrades. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was resolved in a timely manner and she was very pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to consider Chenal Commons!

Just like people, places can experience transformations. I know this sounds cheesy and something a marketing person would say but it’s true. This is the first place I toured and after just a few more inquiries, I knew Olympus would be my next home. You can read some pretty discouraging reviews on here but they are all apart of a previous life for the property. I haven’t experienced anything negatively to write about so far, then again, it’s only been 2 weeks. However, first impressions are everything in today’s world and mine are overwhelmingly positive. Any community could have top of the line amenities but if the managment sucks then you’ll never use them because the amenities are usually attached to the office. You won’t have that problem here. The owners are making tons of effort to revive this small community. I see it in the little details. The new staff here is kind and full of positive energy. They care and so I care about being the best resident I can be. All my work orders have been promptly addressed and solved. My apartment was clean and everything has been renovated. I have stainless steel appliances and all new flooring. I feel lucky because whoever designed the apartments renovation must have known I would be moving in, because the style fits my personality. (I really like grey decor.) And one last but important detail, the people. The people here are very friendly and I’m excited to meet more of them, also my dog Luna has new friends.

Fantastic property! With some recent changes the management group and staff have done an amazing job getting this property where it needs to be. I have read these other reviews and disappointed that some folks don't understand how certain things work and would rather outright complain than attempt to provide information to resolve the issue. The patience the staff has is incredible and I applaud them for doing great work and knowing that they will continue striving to make it a great place.

I was helping a dear friend of mine apartment hunting. Staff was friendly and kind. Club house was very clean and the property have a lot of amenities like valet trash service. They also have several floorplan options to choose from. If you are apartment hunting, I would definitely keep this one on the list.

I’ve been here for 1 month. They claimed “ newly renovated” can I just say tacky! The property management team lacks job knowledge! This is not it! If I had given myself another week to move to the area for work. I would have chosen to look elsewhere. Until the lease is up I’m going to do my part and bounce! Never have I ever!
