They took $100 from my deposit when the apartment was deep cleansed myself, i asked what was the reason for the deduction they didn’t have in detailed notes what they had to clean. Then they have a real bad bat problem in building 7 i was told they come every year round and a certain season and the manager before 2024 did not solve this issue. Had holes that sunken in floor and made the floor uneven but the remodel was nice I didn’t have to deal with roaches. I seen about five for the whole year. Maintenance is fast on getting stuff done and trust worthy. Very quiet place most of the time and is safe for children to play outside. Very beginner friendly was not ghetto n because it’s by every store on state line. I heard that is better than Fox creek but overall I would make a lease again. Water stays the same price depend on how many rooms you have but you have to pay for lights.

The person in the leasing office made my move- in process very easy. The apartment looks pretty nice and serene for whoever looking for a quiet neighborhood.

I think Brooke is the best manager I have ever dealt with. Very soft spoken and easy to talk to. Her assistant on the other hand is a zero and needs a class on people skills. She also needs to know her place.

Just moved in yesterday! They redone my apartment for me since the previous owner had it. Repainted my walls, redone my ceiling, redone my countertops. The staff has been great! Mrs. Gale and Mrs. Valerie! They answer any question you have and will make sure they handle an issue for you!

I love this place! Moved in about 3 months ago and the office ladies were so helpful! I have had nothing but positive experiences with all staff members. The property is very clean and the pool is always nice and blue. I would highly recommend living at Chapel Ridge!
