My daughter and I stopped by the Chanel counter at the Nordstrom in Scottsdale Fashion Center. We were helped by Francisco. He was so knowledgeable about the products and he showed us how to use them
He was so amazing. Made the whole experience so wonderful and special. He is fantastic. Ask for him next time you are there.

My daughter and I between us own quite a few designer handbags, accessories and pieces of luggage, including 4 Chanel handbags. When we walked into the store the two sales people could not even take the time to acknowledge us but were too busy chatting with each other, looking at their phones and they completely ignored us. This is not the first time we have received snobby and rude behavior from the Chanel store inside of Nieman's. The next time I buy another piece of Chanel it will not be here, it is a shame when a person judges you like that, having no real concept of what you can afford. Regardless, every single person who walks in that store, whether just to admire or to buy, should be treated with respect. I will not be back. Our last two Chanel purchases were in London and Beverly Hills, the professional and courteous treatment we got there was incredibly impressive. This small store has a lot to learn

They do not offer samples, and said if I didn’t like the product I could just return it, and then refused a return. I’m sorry, you can’t know if you like a perfume until it has touched your skin. You’ve lost my business. Chanel isn’t an elite brand anymore. It’s cheap. Offer samples!

Day or night night or day my wife will find a Chanel store. When we go to Scottsdale, she found a Chanel boutique in the Neiman Marcus area. Of course, there is always something to buy and somethings she needs this time. It was Chanel tennis shoes. To be fair she has stated that the Chanel tennis shoes are the most comfortable shoes she owns.

I purchased a bag for my wife for Christmas here. The salesman, Chris P, was extraordinarily helpful navigating me through my choices and affording me the flexibility to exchange the bag because I was taking an educated guess at what my wife would want. When the time came for an exchange he was extremely helpful sending my wife photos and keeping her on top of all of her options as they came in. Excellent customer service
