This place is very costly they charge very high for everything doctor told me to take test for Vitamin D and B12 they charge 4000 here but in 1mg app I took it for 700,omega 3 tablet they give it to everyone just like that it's 250 Rs for 10 tablet,in generic it's just 40 they gave sodium hyaluronate drops in generic it's available for 40 but here they charged me 499, if u have alot of money u can go to this place that's it

Took first time vision test for our 13 years old son. Technicians/nurses work hard and thanks to them.

1. The power test and prescription are fully managed and completed by the supporting staff themselves as the Ophthalmologist doesn't attend this part at all.

2. The duty Doctor didn't come on time during our first visit and was not available at all at the time of the follow up power finalization visit.

3. The Doctor was very particular to force us into their additional vision therapy business.

4. The consultation charge was also collected high and unworthy for the reasons that are mentioned above and they charged more than the displayed amount.

5. The optical shop they run doesn't have much options for the frames and the shop staff were not available during our two visits.

6. We got the new spectacle from an outside shop. When we requested to verify and confirm the lens power of the new spectacle in the clinic, they were reluctant to do and the most unacceptable and funny thing was they said that they are not responsible for the spectacles that are brought from outside.

It was a thoroughly disappointing experience with Dr Parthasarathi of Vision care.As a regular customer to Dr lipika in the same institute for various eye problems including power verification and allergic problems,this time we had visited for the same allergic problem . I had also undergone cataract surgery for both eyes from Agarwal's hospital. When I told the history of my cataract surgery he asked an unethical question as to why you had gone to Agarwal? (Agarwal is personally known to me for years) .This is the first time I met Dr Parthasarathi and he prescribed certain tests before diagnosis for my present problem.The apprehension in me is due to Dr lipika prescribing similar tests during my previous visit (these tests cost 7000 Rs).So I refused to undergo the tests and I would rather go elsewhere. I was insisted to pay Rs 500 as consultation fee for no service rendered . I would not suggest this particular doctor - Dr Anand Parthasarathi - center for vision Navalur due to his unethical behaviour.

We had our cataract with power correction for both eyes with a gap of one week. Entire process was well explained to us. It was a seamless experience with clock wise precision. Looks like we have got vision like a youngster 6/6 in both eyes. We can not thank enough Dr. Anand Dr. Lipika and their support staff for taking excellent care of us.

Came for Glass Check up, the process for very smooth , they did a recon formation the next day for accuracy.. good idea since we have bad experiences if we get it checked only once.
We booked pur glasses in the in-house Opticals. The Optician is knowledgeable and trained , Very good collection of frames .
