Justin came out to fix a few issues I was having. I'm a first time home buyer and he walked me through how all my appliances were suppose to work and how all the parts operated when functional. We asked for a quote of what it would cost for someone to come out and look at our oven and they were prompt in giving us a value and an appointment the next day when we agreed to the quote. Dave was nice to let us know when he would arrive (~10 minutes) in the 4 hour window they gave previously. He was quick to find the problem and see if he could fix it then. He didn't have what was needed but gave us pointers on how to install the part we needed if we decided to go down that route. Definitely calling them again when we have another appliance break down.

I had my washer Misdiagnosed twice payed over $300.00 and had to go without washing our clothes at our house for a month. We told the technician we believed the agitator could be the problem. Was told door switch was the issue he came back out because clothes were not cleaning and said the problem was fixed. After a few loads realized clothes were not getting clean. Tried to call to talk to the manager multiple times to try to get my washer fixed no reply nothing. I had to call out another company from Cabot to drive down here and found the problem within 15 minutes and was only $150 and clothes wash perfect. I need this company to reimburse me for the labor I was charged and will keep calling until I get a response.

I’ve used this company for my rental property for years and decided to call them out to my home. I’m shocked how this turned out because service and prices were always great! I received a misdiagnosis on my washer machine and paid a lot of money for repairs. My laundry room flooded and the repairmen come back four days later. He admitted that he misdiagnosed my washer. I was supposed to receive a refund on the services, but now, I can’t get management to call me back. They were great up until then, but showed me how poor customer service can be when it comes to returning money due to their misdiagnosis!

I was told the cost of a service call was $120. an hour. I assumed that would be the cost plus parts used to fix my oven. It took 20 minutes to fix my oven. The part was $60.00, plus $120.00 for labor, plus $120.00 for a service call. Total $324.00. I was shocked. I will never use them again even though the work was fine.

Luke was terrific! Very knowledgeable. He explained how the repair went to the end. Very polite and personable. Said for any reason it doesn't perform as it should, to give them a call and he would be back out. I would recommend Central One Service without hesitation.
