The buying experience was above and beyond any buying experience I have ever had when making a major purchase. Service department was top-notch and went over every detail of my bike before I took it home.. the parts department explained every single detail of everything that I wanted to do to the bike to make it my own.. And the sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and has decades of motorcycle experience. By far one of the best buying experiences I have ever experienced. Central Maine Harley-Davidson is highly recommended in my book I don't honestly know what they could have done to make my buying experience better.

Had a great experience purchasing my 2024 Road Glide. Tony and Lou did a great job going over the features and upgrades in the new models (compared to my 2012 Street Glide) and felt I got a fair trade in the process.

This is my 4th HD and my first new motorcycle (of any brand) since I started riding when I was 17 (and it's been a few years since then). It truly has been a positive purchasing experience - Central Maine HD made it a great experience.

I had an amazing experience at the dealership. I initially went there to get my Honda Grom inspected. Went into the sales floor to kill some time and the staff was very welcoming. I didn't feel any sort of pressure to purchase anything. Even through my budget was lower and I couldn't afford a new bike I was shown options that fit. I wasn't planning on buying a bike the day I went in but found an amazing deal I couldn't pass up. Thank you for getting me into a bike I can ride for the years to come.

I own a 99 fxdwg had it brought in last year for service on two different occasions the first was to fix my wiring harness and get my turn signals working was told my turn signal module was no good and I had to sorce my own part I did and the problem was not fixed and was told my lights where bad so I took it home just to find out that the module was never replaced and the bad one was left in. On my second service I went in to have new rims put on and affter the front rim was changed to the new rim with a new tire I was the told they could not mount it to my ride because they did not have the right hardware and had ne go find it I spent all afternoon going back and forth going where they told me and still didn't get what they wanted so I had them put my old rim back on so I could leave with nothing more done then a new tire and paid out several hundred dollars and when I complained about it that day I was told if I did not like it that I could alway trade it for a new ride and that it was probably best if I did trade it in so now I'm doing my own work and I will never let them touch my ride again

He was professional, kind, caring and made sure I was informed about everything regarding my bike. She got a facelift and had a repair and I am so happy with it. Excellent service, what a great team!
