Been a Casella customer for several years, never had a problem with the driver entering or exiting the property. Last visit the driver drove his truck way off the edge of the pavement seriously damaging the yard and breaking the driveway along the edge. Casella refuses responsibility claiming the ground was soft and I should have warned them. No kidding the ground is soft in spring, that's why you don't drive on the lawn! Had the driver stayed completely on the driveway where he belonged this would not have happened.

Just not happy with the new system. I live in the middle of fields where the wind blows quite heavy. My trashcan gets tipped over quite often. With that being said they WILL NOT pick up blown over trashcans and if it's overfilled they also won't pick it up leaving weeks of trash to overflow then what r u suppose to do? Right now my trash is building up in my barn. So now I've got to buy a second $200 trashcan. Like I said I get why they are doing the new system but they could at least be considerate and pick up blown over trash cans. I mean after all they use to do all this by hand.

We ordered a dumpster and they delivered within a few days. Gave us plenty of time to use it and was prompt on picking it up. We didn’t use all our deposit so they issued a return. Spoke with a lady who was very polite and explained everything that was to take place. It was a great experience from the beginning! Thank you so much! Would definitely call them again!

Never seems to be a consistent schedule, and can’t find where to look at the schedule for pick up. Sometimes they come twice a week, sometimes they don’t come at all. They will come a day before or a day after trash day and never around the same time, on a couple occasions they just left my trash completely, even when following protocol (facing the correct way to the road and lid closed). No major holidays to my knowledge this week and they’re here a day early without any notice. Would love to know if there’s a site that the schedule is posted on, as it’s very tiring playing trash can roulette every week.

Been struggling for weeks tobget my trash taken. First they said there were too many bags. Appears there is a 5 bag limit and weeks later even with 3 bags. They took one and left the rest. Now I have maggots in the containers from the trash and recent rain.

They placed an removed a dumpster on site as promised - drivers were courteous and professional. It was a lot faster and easier than 20 pickup trips to Sawyer Mountain.

Update: Two months after I settled up the bill Casella found another $1.58 to bill me for. Rather than dropping the matter the bills started anew - $1.58 plus a finance charge. How to turn a 4 or 5 star review into a 2 star review? Exactly the way Casella did. No brains nor a shred of common sense.

This company does not have it together. They did not dump my dumpster because it was "blocked", yet when I called the person on the phone could look at the photo and stated that it was not blocked in the photo and she wasn't sure why they didn't dump it. They did not dump it for 4 weeks past the time scheduled, even when they said they would. We were doing some home renovations so this really was inconvenient for us. I had to call a number of times. They did give me my money back for the month, but it has been a huge hassle. I feel like you shouldn't need to call you dumpster company bi-weekly, and wait for 15 minutes on hold each time. We miss the old company that Casella took over.
