I have found a new place to live that is checking my previous residence history. Next day I got an email from these people opening the issue back up. I will have to get back in touch with the legal aid society again to help me resolve. Take my advice and stay away from this place they are bad.

takes them a day to take the deposit out of your account but almost 2 months to give it back. They had roaches and never came to fix my leaking ceiling. Apartment manager still had the nerve to ask me to throw in a good review for them when we were leaving.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I BEG you to go somewhere else please do! This place has been the worst experience of my entire life and I mean that. From break ins to drug use this place is falling apart literally. Roaches everywhere even bedbugs.The police are always here due to some crime. The plumbing is always wonky one week my tub was filled with feces and I called and called the landlord and staff I was never moved temporarily or compensated. Rene is the worst person you can encounter at Casa De La Sierra she will charge you off of what she wants from you're deposit to you're move out. She takes advantage of hard earned money and people themselves. This place needs to be condemned and thankfully I will be reaching out to corporate. Do yourself a huge favor PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Easily best bargain in Sierra vista. Excellent for military and students. Facilities maintained and constantly improved. I had no bugs or pests even through the monsoon season. Staff is accommodating I was able to move in within a day. I didn't pay a deposit. Playground and pool included. Neighborhood is safe, neighbors were quiet and respectful.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES

In the bed, on the walls, on the tooth brush, in the sinks, toilet, crawling up the walls while you watch TV. No getting rid of them! Literally 100's of them!

Walk in the office for 1st time to see apt and they are all smiles - Sign a lease and all of a sudden they don't know you. Terrible customer service. My apt is roach infested so bad they are crawling on me and my counter tops when making dinner. When I complained that my apt was infested the 1st day after moving in they blamed me, said they have no other complaints! HUH? REALLY?

STAY AWAY, PAY A LITTLE MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I rented there from 2011-2013. Not only did the actual property manager change countless time, so did the entire staff. Several management companies... No stability in the staff.

Work order requests never done in a timely manor, unless threat of moving out.

No drug policy in the lease was the biggest joke.

Pools were seldom maintained and often green.

The worst place I've lived. I recommend paying a little extra money and staying somewhere nicer. It would have been alright if it weren't for having to constantly complain about noise levels. Also, when I was told I had to pay $50 to have my carpet cleaned after I had moved out they tacked on an extra $10 and charged me for cleaning fees and regular wear and tear (of which they are not supposed to charge for). I should mention, too, that my apartment was in the same condition after I left as it was when I moved in as I lived by myself. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that has less issues. My new apartment is much better.

My mother lives there and they refuse to pay for some freon so she can have AC. She has a medical condition and the lady in the office had the ordacity to hang up on her. Dont rent here they are not concerned nor do they care about the residents.
