One of the west hospital. In city. Meeting time they don’t allow they use say like only one person is allowe. Security staff misbehave with persons. They are like. If u have gust. Go up and show We will see. And bad words. Etc.

This hospital should be called “don’t care” hospital, most shabby and impolite staff and nurses . After waiting for 3 hrs we got a room only to realise it was not cleaned , after enquiring the started cleaning it after my patient was shifted in the room, medicines which were to be given at 5am and I was desperately after the nurse to get the medicines she got it only at 730 am. They don’t care about you, they just want your money, a ct scan which costs 4K outside costs 18k at care , as a doctor iam cautioning everyone who reads this msg, this hospital standards are the worst right now.

Care Hospitals is the best hospital I have visited so far. The Doctors are very sympathetic towards the patients, hear their problems with considerable patience. They give best available treatment to the patients. I have left the hospital with full satisfaction.

"Dear JEBARAJ DJ ,This is to remind you that your appointment with Dr. VIKRAM SHARMA is scheduled for 08/02/2025 10:30AM at CARE Out Patient Center-Road No 10. Your reference number is 1032347. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time."

I arrived at the hospital at 9:50 AM, only to be told that the department had been moved to Road No. 1. After rushing over there, I paid for the consultation and have been waiting since 10:05 AM. It's now well past that, and several other patients, including three in wheelchairs, are also waiting. I was told the doctor was either having breakfast, on rounds, or in a meeting. Meanwhile, the doctor was happily fiddling on his mobile in Chamber 5. This went on until 11:45 AM with no announcements or updates. Eventually, one frustrated patient caused a scene with the Director and the Consultant. The first patient was finally called in at 12:00 PM. After completing further tests and scans, I left the hospital at 3:05 PM.

At least I went to seek an opinion for my toe pain, but there were several critically ill patients in the waiting area, some groaning in pain, and three senior citizens. It was a truly pathetic scene.

Knowing that relocating a department requires time, the hospital should have at least informed patients about the change of location and scheduled appointments after 12:00 PM instead of making everyone wait for hours—some even losing a full day's salary in the process.
There was absolutely no care shown at CARE Hospital, Banjara Hills.

Needless to say, the 21 patients who endured that harrowing experience will likely think twice before visiting the facility again.

Worst facility, staff is extremely corrupt and they don't budge without filling up their pockets,the wheel chair operaters, security near icu, ER,valet parking is so corrupt that they pick up fights with patients in the name of protocol who don't bribe them.
moreover,they set free those people who have tipped them well like 500/- or something and go out of the way in parking such patient's vehicles even in the doctor's parking ,

The valet staff go to the extent of being verbally abusive and become loud ,they lack in performing their duties the valet parking staff misbehaves alot with patient attenders and its not the first instance with me that i had this issue it has been recurrent.
instead of understanding and providing assistance where there are free slots that they can park they refuse to help, they become extremely loud and ask the patients attenders to park at the other side of the road or wherever they can except hospital parking

I wonder when there is no parking sufficient enough for patients to park at road no 1 then why do they take patients and charge them lakhs and yet fail to provide even basic parking facility in the hospital premises

Though the hospital claims good infrastructure, it has got the Worst staff and facility ,furthermore if they lack with all this the hospital and its management is least interested to take the feedback and work accordingly their is no PR ,Patient coordinators, kind of a thing available in this hospital ,by now i have become so familiar with the corrupt faces in the hospital that whenever i go i keep a couple of thousand handy to bribe apart from the hospital charges
