This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I wasn't expecting a fully furnished kitchen with a huge closet laundry basket hair dryer plus free laundry mat. When I walked into this place I immediately felt like I entered heaven. This place was the best and I was at peace. I would refer this hotel to any of my friends and family. I will definitely be back. Thank u candlewood for making me feel at home. You guys are the best. See you again.

This is a fantastic option! Great rooms, wonderful showers, and fantastic service from Mary at the front desk. Also, can't beat the location. I loved that they had Dove products in the bathroom instead of the usually terrible hotel soap and shampoo. My partner and I are both government employees who get up to NWA occasionally for work, and we'll definitely be back whether it's a work trip or personal, especially now that we know the first floor is dog-friendly and we don't have to leave our fur children at home. Having a full-size fridge instead of a mini fridge was very luxurious as well.

Location is close to campus and surrounding restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and had everything already prepared for us when we checked in. Hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fresh brewed complimentary coffee was nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience on our first time staying there.

My daughter and I came to tour the University of Arkansas for a few days. We arrived late into the night but the front desk was staffed with bright charming personnel. The room was very clean and neat and had excellent furniture pieces so we were able to relax very comfortably. I couldn’t believe how well the kitchenette was designed and stocked - awesome. The bathroom was super clean. I hope to stay there again.

While the hotel has been renovated compared to the older Candlewood Suites, it still has the dated, musty smell of the past. The bed was sufficient and bathroom was clean enough. It was nice to have a larger room with a full fridge and microwave. However, having stayed in a different IHG hotel the previous night, I was disappointed that they did not offer streaming services on the TV or on the go breakfast options. However, the free coffee in the lobby was much better than what was provided in the room. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

What a beautiful place. The entire staff was so friendly especially Kim. There is nothing more I could ask at a hotel in this price range. It felt like a higher end place. Go HOGS!!! I can't wait for my next stay!
