This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. Great friendly staff, very clean, close to many activities.

Room was great! NO noise from other patrons.

Staff when we arrived greeted me as a rewards member and was super nice. My husband spoke to him later and he was the same with him.

Checkout was super easy!

We definitely recommend staying at Candlewood Suites in Hot Springs!

This was the last accessible room they had for the time we were there. We chose Candelwood suites because they had a recliner in the room. My wife can not get into hotel beds because they are too high for her. She is only 5ft tall.
It was more room than we needed. However our expience was good. The room was plenty large enough for my wife's wheelchair as was the bathroom. But there wasn't a roll in shower. I hope when the renovations are complete some of the other accessable rooms have roll in showers. Lastly the way to make this a great hotel for the handicapped would be to include a lift chair in at least one or two accessable rooms. Candelwood Suites would undoubtly be accessible hotel central! I know I would talk it up to all the handicapped web sites.
