They refused to prosecute Moriah Bagwell, who broke into my home and assaulted me, attempted to run over my wife, and threatened to stab my wife. I have a DVO against Moriah and they said I was not a victim. All of which Moriah admitted to doing in text messages and phone calls.

Any prosecutors office that would allow a plea deal for a grown man molesting an infant still wearing diapers gets a one star from me. Mr Childres was released on a 5,000 bond with the full ability to reoffend if he desired. He will reoffend. And the horror of abuse will continue thanks to your staff and the UNHONORABLE Judge Joseph Roark. America is watching. And we are disgusted by this plea deal. SHAME ON YOU ALL!

They actually don't seem to care about anything that pertains to there job and are extremely rude. Got hung up on twice trying to extend a court date. Got cut off mid sentence and was told what I needed to do to have my case dismissed when that had nothing to do with the reason I was calling. So unprofessional. if there were an option I'd leave no stars.
