I cannot recommend this property management company. I rented a house through them. I had difficulties to get repairs done. At move out, they charged me for ridiculous things repair costs, in excessive amounts, without providing any receipts. Definitely avoid doing any business with this company.

This company is a SCAM! They don't show up for repairs, terrible communication, or lack thereof and when you move out they will charge you double, (AT LEAST) what the actual cost is and won't provide receipts. I'm sure they've been taking advantage of tenants and home owners for YEARS and it's shameful. (In AZ tenants basically have no rights so there isn't much you can do). I would NOT rent from them and I wouldn't hire them as my property manager. It will catch up with them eventually but it is now my mission to make sure EVERYONE and ANYONE knows how grimy and shady they are. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T RENT FROM THEM AND DON'T HIRE THEM, you WILL regret it! #slumlords

Avoid renting/leasing any properties through this property management company. The agent we rented through was NOT helpful and was very difficult to work with throughout our entire lease. Alex was very rude and confrontational when we had questions in regards to the move out terms of our lease. He failed to inform us (the lease did not specify any specifics in regards to “Access”) that there would be other leasing agents would be allowing other possible renters to traipse through our home before we had moved out. He didn’t bother to explain, he simply sent us a TEXT telling us that an agent would be bringing people over to see the home. The actual homeowner was the only saving grace throughout this whole ordeal, so please save yourself time and frustration and rent through another property management company.

Update:
We then began receiving multiple texts and calls from random realtors requesting to schedule a showing. When we contacted the owner in regards to this we were told that Alex was supposed to be the point of contact for any potential tenants and “somehow” the realtors were getting OUR number and we never heard from Alex in regards to any viewings. If I could give this company less than 1 Star I would. They are extremely unprofessional and downright rude to their tenants. Even those who have never paid rent late.

We have used them initially for the purchase of our new dream home, and additionally for the property management of our rental property. I cannot say enough how easy they made everything and how seamless they made a big life decision. The property management experience has been exceptional. They are very flexible and communicative and always deliver on their promises. If I ever have any questions about anything, big or small, they always treat me like their most important client. I would highly recommend them (and have!) to family, friends, or strangers.
