The store is clean, organized, and well displayed. The employees were friendly. Shoes and clothing are in great condition and well-priced. I came on a 50% off all clothes and shoes. Based on a convo I overheard, they have frequent sales. I also overheard from a couple of different employees talking to customers: they help many organizations and schools. We’ll definitely be returning!

This thrift store has really nice products, and it is obvious that the owner chooses items very carefully. All of the clothing was in good shape and several items were new with tags! It was pretty well organized and the staff was really friendly. If you are looking to go thrifting I suggest checking out Bringing Out the Best!

Well priced thrift store and friendly staff. I found some cute children's items, including new in package IKEA doll chairs. They seem to screen items, so that allows you to find more stand out items in good shape. The layout of the store is fun too and more open than goodwill. Also, I think some of the more negative reviews about friendliness have to do with a larger unhoused population in the area, which is a larger complex issue in Tucson. There are free snacks and water by the door if someone was in need of that.

I love the quality and style of the clothing at your store, but I have never been treated the way I was today by the cashier and owner. During my visit, I needed to step out a few times to take care of personal needs. I’m sorry for getting thirsty after shopping for an extended period (the tiny water bottle you gave me didn’t help much). I’m also sorry I had to leave to use the restroom since you don’t have one available for customers.

I apologize if I stayed in the store too long—maybe you shouldn’t have such great deals and sales! I had no idea there was a time limit for browsing. I’m honestly shocked by how I was treated. For an organization that claims to support women, the way you handled the situation felt rude and unkind. You seemed suspicious of me for no valid reason, which was unsettling.

I’ll be sharing my experience in reviews so others know what to expect. If you leave the store to grab water or use the restroom, you might be confronted, asked if you’re okay, and made to feel like you’ve overstayed your welcome.

Bringing Out The Best has helped me immensely on my path to sobriety. I'm a single mom of 3 boys. After leaving an abusive relationship and starting over from nothing, they furnished my whole place for me...including cleaning supplies, food, basically every single thing I needed to begin my new life. I couldn't have gotten back on my feet and provided a home WITH everything my boys need without their help. They dropped everything off to my new home and even built my bed for me. Thank you guys for blessing us and providing more than we could've asked for! Truly an answered prayer 🙏🏻

I had a phenomenal experience shopping at Bringing Out The Best! The manager was so kind and informative and helpful. We mentioned we were looking for a desk and hadn’t found anything we could be sold on today, but that we’d come back and shop again, and we were asked about the size of desk needed and assisted in finding something that would work for us! Absolutely above and beyond customer service, and the selection was SO fun and buyable. Will be back many more times!
