Friendly and respectful! Great Customer Service and met all our expectations, within Minutes of our time. Great Deals an they took the time, to meet our needs. If you want the best value for your money, this is the place!! I highly recommend them!!! We’re enjoying our King size Bed set! My back already feels better! Thank goodness for good quality furniture Stores and good People, to better our sleeping conditions! Thank you for helping us find the perfect remedy!! You guys are an Amazing Business!!

Christian contacted us immediately after I posted my review. Christian came out and examined the mattress and agreed the mattresses were indeed not up to the quality. He sent information to the Sapphire mattress company and they agreed to a full reimbursement. We found a very firm mattress in the store and used the store credit plus additional $400 to purchase 2 twin xl. I Am giving 5 stars because of the customer service that Christian gave us. The mattresses are indeed firm and my husbands back pain is not as severe when getting up in the morning. I do hope that the mattresses will retain the firmness for several years to come.

Purchased hybrid 2 twin xl for a king frame, extra firm, 01/2022. They are not firm at all, they are like a hammock. Being snowbirds we have slept on them a total of 13 months out of 36 months. We stopped in the store the first year, no returns. We were told if they are indented we could get an exchange. Unfortunately the foam rebounds so it always looks flat. We are headed out to find extra firm mattress after waking every morning in pain.

Christian knows his stuff and was able to help me pick the perfect mattress for my needs. I ended up with an amazing mattress and frame for a GREAT price. And if that wasn’t enough, I will be getting it delivered to my place in Tucson. We just purchased our second mattress from this family owned business. Please support local for your mattress purchase. They will save you money and provide personal service by the owner and his wife and sweet daughter They delivered and set up the mattresses for us and are just wonderful to talk to. We have had the first master bedroom mattress a year and decided to buy another from them for our guest room. You will save a considerable amount of money on a new mattress.
