Bowman Apartments are an excellent place to start a new life. They are safe and secure from my experience. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The staff are very friendly and very polite as well. They have been very good to me throughout my stay and cancer journey. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Don’t forget about the socialization on the the Tuesday and Thursday nights and many other events in the community to keep the tenants active in the community are amazing. You would never get a better place to live than this place.

Automobile was impounded without notice totheowner. I would have been pleased to pay a fine, as I understand they need to enforce their covered parking policy.

I will be willing to revert my review to a 5 star review if the policy is changed to notify the owner. I was surprised by the low quality of service over by the impounding service, with an almost hilariously low rate.

I just moved in, at the beginning of September but I absolutely love my apartment so far. The countertops, the closets, the vaulted ceilings and detailing is just beautiful. Maintenance is always super quick, and so very helpful. There are so many events and giveaways - plus so many things are conveniently close to my home! I never imagined I would be so happy at Bowman! 🧡

I don’t need to say much, the video speaks for itself. This is the experience you’ll have most weekends at Bowman Building 14: extremely loud noise right outside your door. It’s nearly midnight now, and this often continues until 2, 3, or even 4 in the morning. Management does nothing and acts as if it isn’t happening. They’ll likely respond to this review with the usual polished reply: 'We apologize for your experience, and we’re committed to bla bla bla,' but it’s just words. I've been here for three years, and since moving to Building 14, it’s been a nightmare. Don’t waste nearly $2K for an apartment like this, it’s worse than a college dorm.

I love these apartments. The staff is great.
If you ever have a question or concern staff addresses it immediately. The amenities are awesome. The pool is the best in the whole greater Little Rock area. The pool even stays open longer than any other apartment complex.
The Tuesday night events are awesome. It is a great place to live

My 22 yo has lived in one of the buildings for 5 months, no problems, no complaints. It reminds me of a dormitory but quiet 😁
It’s a gated complex with a dog park, swimming pools and workout areas.

I haven't lived here long but the community and amenities are top tier. Everyone is so kind and friendly. If you have any issues around the property or need maintenance Tobias Walker is your guy. Always so helpful and cheerful and polite.
