The staff is extremely rude… husband had court yesterday judge told us the bond was released so we went to see if the check was ready it wasn’t that day which is fine went today to see if it was ready today 12/14 lady got smart and told us she would call us when the money is ready. So I just called not to long ago and I don’t know if it was the same lady or not but she got smart/rude again usually I would’ve got smart back but I didn’t this time it’s just Crazy really disappointed.

I had to renew my drivers license, as I just moved here. Mary Jane helped me. She is funny and great at her job! She was fast, had me in and out! Much better than Lexington employees. I love my new home in Paris Kentucky!

Was incarcerated in another county...missed court date ...these incompetent idiots issued a warrant for FTA....I rescheduled the date ...was picked up on the FTA and these idiots weren't able to get me a zoom link to proceed...as I was 3 hours away ... instead I had bail out with my mortgage payment

The ladies in the office were very rude. It was as if I was asking them for a kidney when requesting a fax. People like that have to work for the government because the private sector demands good customer service.

Easily accessible and available street parking. People inside were friendly and all went to plan... Even if it was my divorce! As for the facility and staff I found nothing out of the ordinary.
