This store is a good place to shop at because everything is there what your looking for and is in well in order and it’s an easy place to find at a mall, it has good smell and is normally not busy , they have good customer service, this mall is located in Fashion square floor 1. And all the clothing is averaged in between 50$-130$.

A fine selection of primarily slim fit jackets, little selection in traditional fits which were limited primarily to dark/navy. Sales associates either did not properly understand fit, or pretended not to, eager to sell me multiple sports coats that were either clearly too tight across the chest or too long, despite my pointing out areas of ill fit.

It is absolutely fine that the line is trending towards slim fits. It will fit some men more than others. But at this price point, one expects more helpful, and honest, assistance with fit and style.

Horrible Customer service! Shop else where! Gucci and higher brands assisted us better on that day. Couldn’t tell you the name of the male employee that was at the register folding clothes due to him having bad work ethics. This employee was asked for a certain sandal size where he made zero eye contact and simply stated “we dont have that size” proceeded to ask for another size stated “ we dont have that one either” all while this male employee did not show signs of eye contact or acknowledgement/ provided good customer service as he was just folding clothes and not even searching their system to verify any of the sizes we asked for was available. Proceeded to Burberry where they had great customer service. Go there instead of this store. Unfortunate that these kind of employees affect the store brand.

We had an extensive budget for my attorney husband and finally we found something suitable for him. After shopping at Travis Matthew for casual looks, we tried Nordstrom (my go to). I was very surprised at their lack of salesmanship and lack of knowledge. Hugo BOSS at Scottsdale Fashion Square mall pulled through for us, and tailored the suit to perfection! Was the $200 (or was it $400?) white collared shirt worth it? Probably not. But the experience, knowledge, and simplification the stylist had contributed was! We walked out happy, and the tailoring was prompt. Totally worth it, we are now frequent shoppers.
