Amazing experience! So easy to work with. We called ahead to ask if they had what we were looking for and they pulled from their other locations to get us rings to look at. We are extremely happy. We were in and out so quickly and they sized the ring while we walked around the town.

UPDATE::: Once my review was posted the staff found my email in their SPAM folder. Actions were taken. My warranty was honored and I again have a beautiful intact ring. Leason learned to do more follow up on my part. THANK YOU BLUE DIAMOND!!!

So disappointed. Purchased a beautiful ring while on a cruise. 3 or months later a large stone fell out. I was encouraged as I was advised I had a warrenty. Followed their instructions...and NOW GHOSTED. LESSON LEARNED. NO BIG PURCHASES AT CRUISE PORTS

Blue Diamond is the best Jewelry store in Alaska! We were in search for a few very special items for our anniversary. We thought we would fine a great jewelry dealer while on our Alaskan cruise. Boy we were blown away with the total number of jewelry stores in Alaska. So we researched and found Blue Diamond. It turned out to be the best choice possible. They were excellent to work with and listened to what we looking for and our price range. They found exactly what we were looking for a reasonable price. The owners Peter & Esmeralda took special interest in our purchase and stayed in touch with us well after we make our purchase. I would highly recommend Blue Diamond for any/ all your jewelry needs! I wanted to share our wonderful shopping experience today we enjoyed at Blue Diamond in Ketchikan with the lovely and knowledgeable owners Peter and his beautiful wife Esmeralda. We got off of our Princess Cruise to explore the town and little did we know we would come across their store Blue Diamond. We were immediately impressed with their vast inventory of precious jewels, diamonds and Rolex watches among others and were welcomed warmly by their entire staff.

Their service and rapport was both friendly and professional. There was never with any pressure from them to make a purchase, only to showcase the quality and beauty of their products and depth of their knowledge and experience. We felt so comfortable chatting and joking with them like old friends that we made multiple purchases as did our close friends who also made a substantial acquisition.

We can't wait to get back to the ship and home to showcase these beautiful treasures and to wear them with pride. This was a very memorable and positive transaction experience not only for acquiring a beautiful piece of jewelry(s) at a very fair and attractive price but also the memories of a wonderful service experience and making new friends with Peter and Esmeralda. I come to Ketchikan every year and every year for the last seven years I come see my friends at Blue Diamond. This year, they really took care of me. The wife is more willing to let me go off on fishing trips as long as I remember her. Looking forward to doing more business next year.
