Casey took my order. Amazing 6 shot coffee with caramel and jalapeño bagel. Until I spilled my large cup everywhere. I offered to clean it up, Casey immediately jumped into action and cleaned up the mess I made. Thanks bro. Great employees.. Chelsea made me my new coffee. Great spot!

Matcha. Enough said. I’ll say more though, black rock is my favorite main stream cafe to get my matcha latte fix!! I get it blended and sometimes I add caramel. Once in a while I like to order a blended chai latte with caramel and that’s also heavenly!! Friendly staff. I appreciate the kindness.

We have been going to this location for awhile. It’s been ok. Recently, we noticed that they will not give us “light ice” when we request it and they have consistently messed up our ice tea order. When we asked about light ice they tell us that is light ice and that is what they can do and if they put even lighter ice they will have to charge us more. This is a picture of light ice after being in the drink for about 10 mins or so after some of it melted. I’m annoyed that I drink several sips and it’s almost gone. Have decided not to go here anymore, I’ll just get tea from Walmart across the street.

Despite I like your coffee, your service last time wasn’t good as I asked to fix my drink and got charged for adding more cold foam and the drink was still bad. I ordered large cold brew with sweet cream on top and there was barely any cream. It makes sense that a larger cup needs more cream so the ratio between cream and coffee stay the same. This is not the issue, the issue when I asked for more I got charged and the barista gave me an attitude as this is how it should be! I am the one who is drinking and you should accommodate each customer based on their needs!

If you are a delivery driver avoid this establishment. Incredibly rude staff who won't even acknowledge whether the order exists or not. Delivery drivers don't get paid enough to stand around for ten minutes trying to get someone's attention. Restaurants like this need to keep in mind that the driver's experience often extends to the customer.

I waited at the drive thru for 25 minutes this morning ! They had a lady with her tablet taking orders and charging the customers. You will think it will go fast!!!!!!! Well it didn’t!!!! I had to tell the lady in front of me if I can leave because I was going to be late! The lady was kind and let me get out! Even though I paid for my coffee and didn’t get it! You guys can keep my coffee! I will never go back to that location again! It’s to slow for me!

First time here. Thank you Hope for the outstanding service and making us feel so welcomed. It's been so long since we have had a conversation with an employee when getting anything. You were so friendly and I'll be back for sure when I come to visit my family in Phoenix! Thank you for making a sample of your fuel drink. It's delicious. The iced Mexican Mocha is so yummy!
