Went to drive to Vegas- and my rental car tire pressure was 1/2 of what it should be- took the car to Big O 20 minutes before closing- Terrance and Correy are my new favorite heros for the day! They found the nail, explained the options, got a new tire for an affordable price, swapped it- found another nail, and got me out of there ALL WITHIN 30 MINUTES AT CLOSING TIME! Big kudos to your team for helping me continue my vacation smoothly! 🙌

Julie and Kate were great to work with while we took our truck in for an oil change. We will be back just from the customer service they provided. Price is average for our truck but how Kate went out of her way to accommodate us made the experience superb.

Came in and spoke with Kate, the store manager. She was very thorough in explaining the differences in tires. She was very knowledgeable in her industry and recommended her opinion on quality of tires and what tires we should consider for what we in our line of work. If I'm ever in the PHX region I will go out of my way to come back to this sir. They also caught an issue with the suspension and showed me how the tires were being worn down. A+++

Two failed alignments my truck.. Go in for a third after calling and asking if they had availability. Told there was 2 vehicles before but could come in.

Drove in and was then told I had to leave the truck and they don’t know when they will get to it or I can make an appointment for another day.

This shop can’t seem to get the alignment done correct as the steering wheel is pointed right the first time then left the second time.

Ended up taking my car back in for an alignment 3 months after I had just had one done. The alignment was covered completely under the 1 year warranty. Great customer service! The car drives perfectly now, thank you!

I went to Big O Tires today to repair my rear passenger tire, which had a nail in it, causing my light sensors to come on. I dropped my truck off around noon and picked it up closer to 6 PM. While I was charged $30 for the service, I’m not happy with the outcome.

My tire light sensors are still on, indicating that the tire is flat, even though the repair was supposedly completed. I would expect the technicians to have the experience to reset the light sensors (TPMS), yet that doesn’t seem to have been done.

I’m disappointed with the service, and unfortunately, it feels like the issue was not fully resolved. I hope this can be addressed properly moving forward.

Had a great experience with Jake. He was really good about keeping informed with what was happening with my Lexus. The only thing thing I was unhappy about was when I brought the car in I asked for the covers under the front left of the car be bolted back up. That didn't happen.
