I am so ecstatic about my purchase today. I have been looking all over the Internet for this vanity and came across this vanity available from big difference liquidations on OfferUp. Bought a new Glacier Bay dual flush skirted toilet for $130 less than Home Depot is selling during their “Winter Sale” for the exact model! We couldn’t be happier. David was so friendly and kind, as were the other guys there.
You just have to go there and see what’s available when you’re there on site. You cannot expect them to hold anything because they are a small business and can’t afford to gamble on people asking to hold something and then change their mind or no show.
I will definitely be going back there for more as my remodeling projects progress!

Big Difference has made a “BIG DIFFERENCE” for me. I was able to find barn doors that I had been looking at in a “big box” store for a fraction of the retail cost. The owners were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep an eye on their weekly updated inventory. Thanks so much for providing an alternative to standard retail for high quality products.

Great local business. We needed a newer toilet for the bathroom and found Big Differences Liquidations with the style we wanted for a great price. Alex responded to my questions and offered to meet even though the shop was not opened on a Sunday. His flexibility was much appreciated. He had 2 styles of interest and we ended up buying both. We are in the planning stages of updating our home and will start with BDL to get materials for the upgrades.

I WENT IN LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISED ON FB MARKETPLACE THAT DID NOT WORK OUT FOR ME BUT THE AMAZINGLY HELPFUL WOMAN WAS RELENTLESS TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WOULD WORK. SHE HUNTED THE ENTIRE INVENTORY AND FINALLY CAME UP WITH THE PERFECT OPTION. SHE WAS HELPFUL WITH THE PRICE AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! KUDOS!

BIG Difference should be called HUGE DIFFERENCE because not ONLY do they have a great selection, but their customer service is OUTSTANDING! A special shout out to Marlen. She made my buying experience OVER the top!
I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who wants a good buying experience and the prices are EXCEPTIONAL!

I’m spent $160 and I went to put it together and there was a part missing, the manager told me I can’t do anything about it and if I wanted store credit, and she mentioned that All Sales Are Final, very poor Customer Service, and People be aware of Final Sales, they didn’t mention that to me at all. I had to go back to them for the part that was missing and that’s when I found out I was out $160 and 80 miles round trip. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again . The manager wasn’t a good person to deal with. I will go by a real vanity and a sink from Home Depot. Forget buying Junk from China.
