This Hotel was lovely, clean, and welcoming. Beautiful antiques adorn the lobby and reading area. It has a beautiful breakfast area with wooden chairs and round wooden tables. We stayed in 7 places between Maine and Florida as we drove to Fl. This place was the best of all the others, which were all fine. The White House Inn was special. ( Not getting anything for this review).

Lovely place, clean, warm, and quiet with an excellent staff who were always very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a beautiful, comfortable, spacious room, as well as benefitting from the kind and accommodating front desk manager who went above and beyond, making us feel settled amidst the disturbances from the winter storm. Breakfast was delicious and abundant with choices. We're thankful, and hope to return

A very nice hotel with historical charm. Large flat screen TV, beautifully furnished. The employees were helpful and friendly. A shout out to Rose, who took the time to help us find things to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday! Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park were beautiful. We enjoyed hiking the trails there. Breakfasts were very good.

Our first priority was the hotel, being dog friendly. |There was a slight musky odor, but it wasn’t that annoying |The hotel was very clean and spotless. The staff was great. We had two queen beds that were very comfortable. And the hotel was only minutes from downtown Bangor. we had to take the Stephen King tour because I love his books |Also, they had a wonderful free breakfast and at night since we didn’t feel like going out, they cooked us a pizza part of the hotels policy. They also had alcohol if you wanted to have an adult drink. |Nice pool and hot tub very clean|We would stay here again and heartbeat

It's hard for me to travel because of all my allergies. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! The rooms are very clean which I love. They had great choices for breakfast. Pizza and drinks can be purchased at the front desk and Dysarts is right in front of it for an easy restaurant, gas and store. We will be back.

We have stayed in many best westerns all over the country and this one definitely stands out as unique. The whole place has a very patriotic theme. The room we stayed in was extremely clean and made us feel like we were staying in like Williamsburg VA or something. A very classy colonial style type vibe; we even had a working fireplace! The staff was very friendly and The breakfast was top notch including local pastries and apples from a local orchard. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Western White House was the best choice for lodging in Bangor. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was huge and all of the amenities were excellent. It was very clean. Our room had a full kitchenette and a dining table (no eating on the bed!) I will be staying here again!
