In Payson on business. We arrived at 2pm. The gentleman checked us in, upgraded our room, was kind courteous and helpful. Our room was ready and CLEAN. Pool and hottub were clean. Public restrooms clean. Lobby coffee hot! Thank you.

My wife and I spent the last three nights at the Best Western in Payson. We frequently stay at Best Western when we are traveling and this hotel meets the best cleanliness and comfort standards of this hotel chain. Our room was spotless and comfortable and the AC and shower worked well. The lobby and breakfast area is clean and the warm breakfast is adequate. The staff is friendly too. This hotel is in the center of town close to stores and good restaurants.

Had to come to Payson when a family member went into the emergency room. I booked a room here because I knew it was going to be long day. Stephanie went way beyond and put us in 3 rooms next to each other. She was so accommodating when my family member was discharged late night and even got her a room next to us. Would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

Rooms were good, staff was nice, but NOT clean. The hard floors were filthy and there were two large hair balls in the bathroom. Cleaning lady is doing little as possible. It’s a shame people don’t do their jobs excellent and have good character.
