Muy buen lugar, buen servicio.

Room was okay, Outdoor pool closed and empty. Just off I-40. Heard a lot of local road traffic noise. Night time wasn't as bad. Had a nice fridge with freezer compartment. Wifi was good. 3 minute walk to Golden Corral and Waffle House. Even saw a 24 hour Whataburger across the street. Hotel offered a good breakfast selection. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and other items. I'd probably stay here again.

Front desk guts are extremely nice!!! Beds are like sleeping on concrete, towels are thin and it's really hard to get in and out of due to traffic especially on the weekends. The ac was not working in the room they gave us but they moved us to a different room and it worked little better. We didn't eat the breakfast, there is a waffle house 10 feet away and it was really good.

Ok so I was a little leery after reading all the reviews . When we pulled in and the building is old and when we went to check in we were told this wasn’t the Taj Mahal lol , but to my surprise our stay was okay. Room was Very Clean. Room decor/paint was updated, appliances were new/newer, no closet but does have a place to hang clothes, a/c worked fine, mattress was firm but seemed new (no lumps or slumps). Bathroom fixtures were outdated but again Very Clean. Breakfast buffet was the standard one and they have the BW waffle makers yayyyyy. Again area was very clean. Staff was nice. We were here for 5 nights. Would stay here again.

Stayed at Best Western in Conway. It was a great experience. This was one of our travel days and getting close to when we wanted to stop for the night.
When we arrived, the friendly staff in Conway made it a pleasant experience.

I had to come back and say what a complete pleasure staff at this hotel are! Dawn was so kind and so personable and i really enjoyed talking with her. I definitely will be staying here if I find myself back in Arkansas again.

This motel was fantastic. Check in was a breeze. A/C was on and room was cool when we walk in. It was clean and smelled fresh. There was microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and board in the room. The beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool. It’s 3 foot on shallow end and 5 ft at deep end. There was patio furniture and umbrella to sit under while they swam. Even a clean bathroom in the pool area. The staff was friendly and sweet. Loved everything about this place. They even offer free breakfast.
If that’s not enough golden coral is next door. Location is perfect.
