I must say, WOW!! What a HUGE improvement and upgrade this hotel has gone through! The lobby, the rooms, the bar, and banquets rooms are beautiful. The staff are quite nice and accommodating too. The front staff were very helpful without any hassle, and the new owners were also present and extremely friendly! Very nice people 🙂

I am not one to leave Google reviews but I felt the need to with this one because of the improvements. If you are new to the area you will be happy with your stay, and if you have been here in the past you will also be impressed by the upgrades!

The hotel is modern, stylish, and super comfortable. It’s got this cool, laid-back vibe that still feels super luxurious.

The lobby is totally transformed with a really cool design, sleek furniture, and some really nice art pieces. It’s a great spot to chill, and it gives off a super welcoming energy.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have this really fresh, modern feel. The beds are insanely comfortable. The hotel has some great perks too, the gym is on point and they have a have nice bar. I haven’t been to their new restaurant but will try that next!

All in all, the renovation took this place from an outdated 80s hotel to amazing. Its got a luxury feel to it. It’s got the perfect mix of modern style and comfort, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

We stayed at this beautifully renovated Best Western on our way through the state. We had one of the larger suite rooms and there was so much space for our family of 5. Very clean and comfy. Breakfast was quick, hot, and tasty in the updated restaurant. We didn’t get to enjoy the new Buck’s Bar, but you should see it 🤩 Highly recommend!

Very clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Located outside of Presque Isle but perfect as a hub for me while traveling to different locations in the northern part of the county. I would definitely and have recommended staying here. The prices are reasonable, and they offer a lounge and restaurant on site.

When you reserve with the expectation of cots as requested at the time or reservation, you should explain that your cots or your accommodation is not up to full standards and not available. Instead you let us reserve under the expectation and the request of a cot and not provide one at all during the stay but rather say for “$50 more you can get a suite”…. Bad customer service to when we originally booked 7 days prior…..

Worst place my husband and son stayed for a snowmobile trip- this past weekend. reserved 2 weeks in advance, was told cots were available. They arrived to be told they could upgrade to a suite but no cots available. My son slept on the floor with just a pillow. Next morning their housekeeping saw them and told them they had an entire room of cots and Air mattresses!!! Showed them the room, they couldn’t believe they had him sleep on the floor. When they questioned management, he stated their employees were lying. Absolutely horrible service and will never recommend this place to anyone. We snowmobile yearly up there and will never be back to this place due to the lack of management…. Let it be known they will try to get you to pay for their “suites” rather than provide the room you book

Travelling through and booked a night and ended up staying three nights as it was a great place. Wonderful staff, very friendly, very clean rooms we will be back for sure.

I highly recommend The Caribou Best Western Inn, to anyone
coming to the Caribou area for business or pleasure. You cannot find a cleaner or friendlier place to stay in this area.

I have stayed at this location every other week or so on business for the past six years. I was quite threadbare and worn out.
In the past year the new owners have totally revamped and remodeled the entire location.

Impressive smart redesign, clean and inviting rooms & lobby.
The new staff are personable, friendly, and go out of their way to ensure you are treated with the best possible service.

They’re going through a renovation as a Best Western through the end of the year and they’ve done a great job! The lobby is lovely, cozy, and welcoming. The new meeting and banquet spaces look fantastic so far, and there’s a new bar as well (though it feels a little hidden). They’ve upgraded the fitness room and there’s even a Peloton there! We stayed here unexpectedly and didn’t have much in the way of expectations but even the snags we did hit were taken care of immediately and the staff was welcoming, gracious, and thoughtful.
