My husband and I went to exchange a pair of boots he had gotten as a Christmas present. We weren’t sure what name it was under or much info. They started off with helping look into what they needed , and was steadily looking making sure we could exchange them without problems. We weren’t sure what boots we wanted, and they were very great in helping us find the perfect boots for my husband. They went above and beyond to help us. This was the best experience of boot shopping I’ve ever had. Great job girls!!!!! Totally recommend them for anyone looking for the right boot.

Pricey....I should have mentioned that sometimes paying the price gets the best quality...I know this by experience. The owners are very helpful. The store is very clean. I didn't buy from them cuz my husband is too picky but that doesn't mean that I won't buy from them the next time im looking for boots.

We bought a pair of Timberland boots at Best of Both Worlds less than a year ago and the soles on both boots started separating apart. When we bought these boots we were told they were a great boot and have a one year warranty on them in case of manufacturer defect by the sales person. We paid $169 for them. We called the store and told them what was happening to the boots and they told us to bring them back for the owner to look at them but they could not tell us when the owner would be in. Now keep in mind these are my husband's work boots and he needs them every day to work and we explained to the store that we could not just drop them off and leave them for any extended length of time because he doesn't have other work boots. Because of this situation it took us over a month to be able to leave the boots for the owner to look at when he got around to it. He was to look at the boots to see if warranty would cover them. It is plainly obvious that it is manufacturer defect. Now we get a call today and Best of Both Worlds employee tells us the owner says they are going to have to send the boots back to the manufacturer to see if they will cover it under warranty and that because the boots are 9 months old that they would not cover the full boot either so it would probably be pro-rated and we would not get full price of the boot back. So we paid a large price on these boots, they are not even a year old and the warranty they boasted about will do us no good for several weeks and it will not cover our loss. After my husband was telling this bad experience to his fellow mill workers one of them had a similar situation with his work books from Best of Both Worlds but his boots were only 6 months old and he was told his were not covered because it did not look like factory defect but both of his soles were coming off of his boots too. Whoever reads this please do NOT Buy anything from this store because they will not stand behind their warranty and always make excuses to make solving your dilemma hard. We ourselves nor anyone we talk to will never buy anything from Best of Both Worlds again nor will we buy Timberland brand again.

I'm from Maryland was down in Arkansas and just decided to stop in and glad I did the man was very very very help yo find exactly what I wanted gave me an amazing deal walked out with some clothes and the best boots I have ever owned then gave me his card said if I ever wanted another pair he would ship them to me I will 100% be calling for another pair i wish there was more people like that man in MD
