DO NOT USE!!!! I brought in a trailer of yard debris from the storms. The flyer said 50 for my trailer I did one dump and came back to do another. This time $100 but before I could pay they came out and changed it to per cubic feet making it $360 just 30 min from the last time. They then blocked my truck with their forklift and called the police to have me trespassed. I seen another post from a Tyler k. Yall are straight up lies. You told me as I was being trespassed it’s not public or government. That yall are entirely private. So what is it? Private or government? Again people. Please avoid such shady people!!

It is deeply concerning that following the recent tornado, which caused considerable damage throughout our county, there has been no provision to relax regulations around the disposal of minor construction debris. Community members are struggling to clear their properties, including myself who has been unable to dispose of a half-truck bed of broken fencing due to a fallen tree. This is particularly frustrating given the apparent inconsistencies in enforcement, as evidenced by the disposal of a large wooden playground structure in one of the dumpster, which was not classified as construction material. We pay for these waste management services and, in times of crisis, it is reasonable to expect some flexibility to facilitate recovery efforts.

I dropped some electronics off at the Centerton site today. I was amazed by the helpfulness of the young man who greeted me at the gate. Not only did he help me remove the heavy TV from my truck, he also ran to the office to get a current list of how many items could be brought in per month. In past visits, it has always been made clear to me that I had to remove all items by myself. He is doing an exceptional job. I hope he stays for a long time!

This place sucks like the rest of them in this area. I had two extra bags of household trash and was told they don’t take them or accept them. Told me to drive to Siloam, Bella Vista, or Springdale / Tonitown….

Having the ability to drop off paint, chemicals and other items like old appliances is great. There is a limit to how much can be processed for free but the fees are reasonable.
