Oh the experiences I've had with this place - they vary for sure but I can tell you one thing - they have zero training in de-escalation and they take zero accountability when they mess up. I've tried to file formal complaints a couple times and got the run around, they certainly NEVER once followed the procedures and policies listed in their website concerning those.

I had an officer ask me what Suboxone and if it was a controlled substance and then discriminate against me refusing to take my report of it being stolen from me.

I reported this and got a phone call where I was spoken to derogatorily.

I've seen multiple people die under their care and supervision. Watched one girl OD and her organs shut down one by one after she peed on herself. They all stood around staring at her while I tried to tell them to call an ambulance and that was nodding out all day and obviously ODing - they waited over 20 critical minutes that could have been the difference between life and death. I'll never forget it.

These guys are cowards. Can't even leave a review on their Facebook page or comment on their posts? What's the matter guys? Can't handle criticism so silence it? For supposed public servants who are paid by the American tax payer and "serve" the tax payer, these guys sure seem to serve their own interests and silence descent. Watch out for these heroes is all I got to say.

Since the Bentonville Police dept cowards want to remove reviews that were legitimate, I'll just post it on each local "law enforcement" office. Democracy will win over corruption.

There was one officer that was decently nice to me so props to them as they was the only officer that provided a name also, but it almost seemed like it was out of spite for their own colleagues.
Overall, they do not take formal complaints or calls seriously at all. Will attempt to bully and harass as potential intimidation factors. Safety and the pursuit of justice are vacant here and they have no problem with it being blatantly obvious if it means that they meet a quota. This is the first police department I have encountered individuals from that actively seem hostile for no reason.

The 3 officers that couldn’t wait to shoot something or someone, 3 tame dogs . Really couldn’t think of anything else but to shoot them ? Not only that just leave them there for children and people to see . Should be fired just for shooting your weapon in a very unsafe area . Wow it’s hard to believe this is what protects are streets and loved ones from harm . Glad it wasn’t my 3 dogs cause I would have 3 square meals a day …… The one star is only because I couldn’t comment otherwise.

I want to give Centerton Police Department a 5 star rating but the ratings are turned off. I wanted to say thank you to Centerton Police Department and Gravette Police Department for their kindness as they showed up when I had a wreck on a snowy day. The officers and paramedics were extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for all yall are doing to help the community! God bless you all!

Only moments ago did I try to do the right thing by calling to make a report as it pertained to the welfare of a child. As someone who’s an advocate in doing the right thing, I called to file a report. Upon the phone being picked up after hearing coughing, I explained that I’d like to file a report based upon information that was shared with me from over the weekend.

Despite my attempt of being clear and concise, her demeanor was not what I’d call professional as it was apparent she was exercising selective hearing. I apologized to her for any confusion, but expressed that I wanted to ensure accuracy. After the second hold, she very hastely stated that if I’d anything else to share, I could do it with an officer and before I could just thank her kindly for her time, abruptly hung up on me. 😮‍💨

As an individual who’s worked in the field of Corrections & Custody as an officer, after the experience I had with just this unidentified female employee from ‘Reports’, I can now see why good people are hesitant or afraid to do the right thing in being good samaritans. I’d advise you to please provide better training for your staff on their etiquette.
