Since the Bentonville Police dept cowards want to remove reviews that were legitimate, I'll just post it on each local "law enforcement" office. Democracy will win over corruption.

There was one officer that was decently nice to me so props to them as they was the only officer that provided a name also, but it almost seemed like it was out of spite for their own colleagues.
Overall, they do not take formal complaints or calls seriously at all. Will attempt to bully and harass as potential intimidation factors. Safety and the pursuit of justice are vacant here and they have no problem with it being blatantly obvious if it means that they meet a quota. This is the first police department I have encountered individuals from that actively seem hostile for no reason.

The workers treat you like literal trash. You can’t even ask for anything without waiting 20+ minutes or getting snapped at. Was in a two person cell with three people, no clothes, in there for 23 out of 24 hours a day with one hour to shower/call home. Spent five days for a traffic violation warrant that I didn’t realize I had. The food they give you literally says “Not for Human Consumption” on the label. Don’t understand how someone hasn’t realized how terrible this jail runs. Shoutout to Doug Norwood, the attorney who helped me on my case free of charge.

It is a hell hole. No pillow for your head, a tiny blanket, takes away meds that are prescribed by your Dr, withhold medical attention, lots of indecent goings on, if you put through grievances they punish you with no shower or towel, I could go on & on

Some of the most incompetent, and unintelligent clerks in Law Enforcement. They lack basic intelligence and communication skills, and act like their job is difficult. When they don't understand something. Which is everytime you speak to them. They hang up and go back to filling their already humongous bodies. If eating was an Olympic sport they would win all categories.. oink oink

I spent 2 months with these guys. Deputy Ferris needs a hug but Deputy Huff is my favorite! I learned a lot of VALUABLE LESSONS here. I can NOT say my time here was in vain. Ultimately I feel grateful for being able to have a vacation here. My charges were dropped at the end of the day. And they keep you safe while doing your time. I learned that we women have purses. Not like Louise Vutton that you wear on the outside. But internal purses that people bring booty meth in the facility. Don't worry,, SERT will come in with riot shields and rubber bullet guns and eradicate such losers.

I had to do two days in jail there and they put me with all the murders. They had felonies and I had a misdemeanor, Not to mention, the food is really bad. I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog not lying about that!!!

I was told he was only gonna be in for 8 hours for Public Intoxication and then I called at 7 and they say I can come he is ready... and then when I get close I call and then they say 8:30... when I get there I go inband she said she can't tell me how long. I wait till 8:30 and call, they say 10. I've been incarcerated here b4 and it was a nightmare. The COs like to treat the inmates like trash and r on a power trip. No need to take out all your aggression in your life on inmates stuck in a room full of people when they can never see their family. No t.v, and you guys are overpacked because the officers like a good check

Most of the people are nice and everhthing. I just hate how they have the new visitation set up. I don't think it's fair how you don't get to talk even if the computers there aren't working. I also don't think it's fair that if you are visiting at the jail, you only have 15 minutes with your loved ones. Some people don't have enough money to pay for the credits. Others don't have laptops or computers at home. If their visitation would have stayed the same, J would probably give them a 5 star rating.
