My family and I showed up late, unsure of how to start the process after death. Carla helped immensely and answered my families questions, staying nearly two hours after closing to help us. She is very personable, kind and professional.

My mother also looked like my mother. Normally, I've seen the passed look waxy, incredibly fake. She did a phenomenal job!!

Do not use their site for flowers. I had two different orders that got canceled 2 hours before the funeral. Don't trust them. Handle it yourself.

Karla and staff administrated the funeral for my beloved mother. From the first phone call to the last aspects, she was leading the way, so in our time of grief, we weren’t expending more emotional energy than necessary. She made the process seamless. When she and her assistant came to pick up my mother’s body from my parents’ home, they were so very gentle and respectful. Karla made sure to make my mother look as natural as possible, as that would have been my mother’s wishes. My father, who had broken his hip a few weeks before, was on a walker, and Karla went out of her way ensuring he had the easiest time navigating as possible. In addition, Karla is very reasonable in her costs and simply states options and lets the family decide, no up selling. Karla, you were wonderful and my family greatly appreciates you! ~Janet Green

The home is very beautiful, and the way they handled my mother’s funeral despite COVID-19 was amazing. Karla was very helpful and truly one cool chick. Very helpful and the adaptability of this place was great. Hope we don’t have to return for awhile, though! Definitely would recommend.
