An absolutely stunning cottage in the hills above Beaver Lake. Northwest Arkansas doesn’t disappoint. The cottage is simple yet has luxurious amenities. Things like a jacuzzi tub, sleep number bed and robes.

All the while you can sip coffee and relax while you enjoy the birds and squirrels outside.

We didn’t get to explore much as my wife wasn’t feeling well. All the more reason to come back again!

We loved this beautiful gorgeous super clean place!! The view was wonderful. I enjoyed the workout hike down to the lake. I opened one of the journals and saw that one of my former students from Texas and his wife had also stayed here and loved it! 😍
Hope we can come back sometime when we can stay longer!

We recently stayed a few days in the panoramic suite at Beaver Lake Cottages. I highly recommend! We were totally comfortable here. All the personal, thoughtful touches were incredible (oil diffuser with a very pleasant fragrance, blueberry muffins, beverages in the fridge, and a welcome note)! Mostly though being able to get in touch with Kevin immediately regarding the weather was really great. Please book with Kevin at Beaver Lake Cottages if you're reading this!! You will not be disappointed.

This place was AMAZING! Gorgeous view, blueberry muffins were super cute touch. 1st anniversary destination may turn into a yearly reservation! Snowed the day before and host was very transparent and communicative! Everything was ABOVE & BEYOND! We will be returning!
P.s. the bird feeder was a GREAT touch it was nice seeing a Blue Jay, Cardinal, & Woodpecker just outside the windows first thing in the morning.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every single thing was thought of. The details take this air BnB to the next level however it would still be exceptional without them. Exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable (and I’m picky), the walk down to the lake was easily marked and understood, the snacks, couch, sheets, I mean everything was so comfortable and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to retreat and will 1000 % be coming back and booking this cabin again. Thanks for being an excellent host.

These cottages are nestled in a beautifully, quiet, serene setting. We were greeted by the owner Kevin who was friendly and accommodating. Our cottage could not have been more perfect down to the last detail. It was our anniversary so a anniversary personalized note with a rose. There were free snacks, small kitchenette, killer blueberry muffins, robes and the best water pressure of any shower ever. or if you prefer a giant jacuzzi tub. We also had a killer view of the lake for our coffee and wine time.

My friend and I truly enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable and relaxing. My favorite thing to do was sit on the deck in the late afternoon/early evening and watch the sun set over the lake.

The room, while small, was plenty for the two of us and comfortable. Kevin was very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at your cottage. It was so quiet and relaxing, the view were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the muffins.
