On 12\6\23, I arrived at Bangor Tire before 7am for a simple tire rotation. At 8:45am, my vehicle was still sitting outside. I understand that things happen, but when you are told to be there at a certain time prior, you should be told what's happening and an eta on the job completion. At 9am, I asked for my keys back because a two hour tire rotation just wasn't in my already busy schedule for the day. This wasn't the first time having to wait for extremely long time and not have anything happen. The mechanics are slobs and left greasy hand prints inside and out on our company vehicle. Wasting my time in this establishment will never happen again as I find it is run by someone who really doesn't care about their customers' needs are regardless of what their so-called customer ten commandments plaque says.

I made an appointment last week for 4 tires change over and a front end alignment. Had to wait outside but these guys were on time and did a great Job , as they have when I’ve used them in the past. A much better experience than I had tried at Town Fair Tire. Locally owned and operated. Thank You for great service.

I had some shaking in my tires and I was convinced it needed a balance and possible alignment.
He called and said I had mud caked up around my rims . And everything else was fine . No charge !
I was very doubtful and thought I was going to be dissatisfied. Well it runs very smoothly and I’m incredibly happy that they were thorough .

Five minutes into the return leg of our recent road trip from Bangor, ME to our home in the Midwest, we blew a tire on the interstate. We found Bangor Tire Company nearby and drove there carefully on our spare donut. We arrived shortly after they opened and were greeted and assisted by Tommy. He gave us several tire options and recommendations, and even directed us to a nearby breakfast joint for a good meal. Bangor Tire got us back on the road in under 2 hours with no issues the rest of our 20 hour trip. A HUGE THANK YOU to Tommy and the Bangor Tire crew - they are clearly friendly and customer-focused!

An hour into our road trip from Bar Harbor, ME to New York we had a tire blow out on our rental car on the interstate. We pulled over at the closest gas station and called Bangor Tire Co, they had just opened and sent someone over to air up our tire since we were missing part of our jack and we drove over to the shop. They assisted us with our tire and they were so friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Tired of getting ripped off. This place runs like a fine tuned engine. Great service from all employees at unbeatable prices. They aren't in the business to make money off you, they are in the business to get you to come back. Will be my go to for all vehicle purposes.
