Loved the place, first time purchasing Balenciaga and it was amazing, was treated very well unlike some other brands and I was able to make a really nice purchase in store. I don’t care about the rumors about Balenciaga, the brand is solid and professional. Would definitely come back again.

Seth was helping me find a new pair of shoes to buy. They didn't have the ones that I wanted to try on in-store, so he had them shipped from another store (I didn't have to pay). He communicated with me to let me know when they shipped and when they were delivered to the store, and we set up a time for me to come in and try them on. When I got there, I was expecting to sit on a bench and try the shoes on, but then seth brought me to a fitting room he had personally customized for me full of clothes, accessories, shoes, and bags! I was amazed. He threw some pants in that I NEVER would have picked out for myself and I fell in love with them!

I went in to the store originally to "try on" a pair of shoes I saw online and left with the shoes and a pair of pants. Honestly, if Seth hadn't set up that room for me, I may not have purchased the shoes as I wouldn't have been able to see what they look like with an array of outfits.

He followed up with me a few days later to thank me for coming in to the store (I should be the one thanking him) and now I am reaching out to him to buy a handbag!
This is top-notch customer service! He made me feel so important! Seth is awesome!

Highly recommend!! I am a frequent guest of the house of Balenciaga, the Scottsdale location is my home boutique and I always enjoy my time while spending my coins. The service is outstanding, the vibes is always on point and my SA Seth will guarantee your fit is always poppin.
There’s a lot of hate out there for the house atm and it’s sad to see these keyboard warriors hate on something they have no experience with.
Don’t listen to the noise and go get you some Balenciaga!
