I buy Gears for my oval kart every year or so. They always have the gears in stock. I ordered Wednesday at 1 in the afternoon and received the next day. Great service and quality as always. I highly recommend this place.

These guys at Azusa Engineering really went above and beyond to not only meet, but surpass my expectations! Emailed them just wondering if by any chance I could exchange the standard sprocket on my new mini bike for a different size. They quickly replied saying yes, as long as it was new (which it was). Unfortunately their shop is closed when I get off work and closed on weekends so I had no way of going in for the exchange. This is what really supprised me... they offered to leave the sprocket I wanted on the porch of their shop when they closed and told me to just pick it up later that night when I got off work! So I drove 40 miles to their shop that night and there it was just sitting for me in the middle of the night! It really is heart warming that a company would do this for a total stranger like me, and trust me to leave my sprocket behind too! These guys are amazing! Do not even hesitate making a purchase from them! Just do it!!!

A1 service here, everyone I’ve spoken too is very helpful despite my error in ordering they helped me out and even went out of their way and walked me through the process even waited on the phone until everything was ordered correctly. One of the parts would not align properly and again, it took one phone call and they made it right. Glad I went with Azusa. I see some not so positive reviews but I have to disagree. I had nothing but professional and knowledgeable and courteous people helping me out. If they offered a selection of forks, I would purchase them too for a slightly different look.

I called to ask a question about axel and wheel combo, and a person answered. Immediately helped me even though she wasn't techncial. Later emailed support with a follow up with more detailed and different question which was answered in less than an hour. I put my order together and had it confirmed to meet my project needs before I bought all of it. Order was on a ups truck that same day even though I placed it after 1pm. I bought parts from azusaparts.com and reviewed technical specs/drawings at azusaeng.com. Easy website, lots of info about products online. Will do business with again soon!

Customer service was horrible. Called 3 times and was put on hold 2 of the times cause the person who answered knew nothing about the parts. I was referred to the online catalog over 5 times in just one call. They clearly do not want to deal with customers. I described the parts I needed, the staff member made me a list of parts to build what I wanted, and 50% of it did not work together or was missing additional parts that I would have to order separately. For instance, I was sold an axle and hubs with no axle stops, Rod bearings (which come individually, not in pairs like the picture) that do not fit my pinion rods despite the fact I gave the person the correct size of my existing rods. I will try to call and see if they will send me the required parts to correct their mistakes. If they do I will up the stars and change my review. If not, then the will wear this stain.

The very worst customer service by a young kid named Nick. He's rude to customers(not just me but others that walked in too) and a very unprofessional. I've dealt with him for the past month or so. When saying good bye on the phone, he makes NO effort to good bye. He just slams the phone. He acts like a spoiled bratt and he may even be the owners son. I bought some parts for my mini bike. I only deal with Jim now. Jim is very polite and extra friendly along with the lady that comes to the service window.

absolute trash doors are closed because of covid no signs on their website to say they're not accepting the public I work at a service center that has a high customer rate and we're open and safe. we have way better precautions to still serve our people and who need our business and services places like are sorry this is why in a few years places like this one won't exists
