Management Susan is nice and professional and gets back to you right away. It’s very clean and the people seem to be respectful . There’s a nice play area for the kids which rightfully so closed during pandemic. They also have after school program for kids to do homework. It could use some upgrades like taller patio gates for a better comfortable privacy feel. Also the garage doors could be upgraded to a more modern, cleaner look. And it’d be nice to have a gate remote rather than having to punch number to get in for tenants especially during pandemic and even after. Another awesome thing is that you can pay your rent online.

I've been living here for 24 years with my family and through all that time the apartment manager and maintenance crew have always been accommodating and very helpful and especially quick to help fix any need trouble me and my family have had with our apartment. Even with the reallocation of garages I was able to get my new garage in just 20 minutes with no fuss. Once again I've always been very appreciative of the management staff and how willing they've always been to help me

Apartments have really changed for the better . Although Management hasn't. They are unprofessional and experienced. There is a shortage of parking spaces for tenants so you have to park outside the complex . While some tenets have 2 or 3 garages and office parking has 5 parking spaces .. The ladies up in the office are rude and unhelpful.. . If they would get better office manager s it would be a five star place to live

I’m not a person that is good with change. I thought the new management was just over compensating for all the bad prior managers we had here in the past. I have to say I was kicking and screaming with the new garage and parking change. It’s a nice change to have a spot to park every day and not worry about finding parking. I’ve never seen the parking lot so empty. I feel like this was a good change.

Apartments are ok. But management gotta go. They have different managers like all the time.. this new mangers is harassing ppl for their garages. Asking them for insurance. Suggestion to the owners or higher management. Next time you select a manager for apartments put them on probation. Ask tenants if they deserve to be managers . 👎👎To management
