If you want to shop somewhere with actual values NOT HERE. THERE IS NO HR STAFF TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, ONLY THE CEO'S WIFE IS AVAILABLE FOR COMPLAINTS? GARRETT HAD PERFECT ATTENDANCE AND WAS LOVED BY CUSTOMERS. CEO HAUN IS HOLDING EARNED WAGES.

So he post truckload picture he says coming this Friday I went to Friday in the morning. He says not there yet. I went back again 1130. The truckload was there couple guys loading the pallet down the ground one of the guys keep digging in pallet
He keep taking the good stuff like smart, watch Nike shoes, and I was right there to bite so they have no respected business. They barely sell trash all temu return. wasting my time, definitely never go back there.

OMG I love this store. The staff is AMAZING. Jill, Mack, Jay, Brenda, and Mari are so helpful. They even helped with giving me a shipping quote. They have a great variety of items and the prices are unbeatable. Do not hesitate, just go. Make sure you show up early to give yourself time to shop.

Saw an item on Offer Up with AZ Cost Pro listed. Since it isn't too far from my house I decided that when I had time I would go visit. I was able to get multiple items our household uses at a fraction of the price.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store is well organized. Their inventory changes on a regular basis but it is definitely worth checking out.

I purchased over $200 worth of products in an Auction from this company. My bank was charged but I never received confirmation from AZ cost pro.

I tried calling but they never answered, so I emailed them after the auction concluded to find out when I could pick up. They did not respond to the email and after a day or two I found a different email associated with azcostpro, and emailed that one.

The second one responded, giving me dates to pick up my winnings. I agreed to go up there that thursday. On Wednesday, the day before I agreed to pick up, the first email was finally responded to and I was told that I missed my pickup window and the products were sold in a different auction.

I showed them the email saying I could pickup on thursday. They did not respond until that time had passed and they said they pulled the items from the auction and I can come pick them up. I again asked what days I can pick up since we missed the original pickup day. No response.

I decide to drive up there the following thursday and they do not have the products. They offer me a refund and scramble to find similar products that they offer me for free. I thought it was a kind gesture at the tome, but I turned it down and said a refund will do. I even met with the owner who was apologetic and stated they were a new company.

No refund comes in but they seemed legit so I gave them some more time. I tried calling but again they never answer the phones. After two months of trying to contact them I was able to reach them through googles messaging by service. I explain my situation and ask about the status of the refund. They said too much time has gone by to honor a refund. I re explain that I was already offered a refund in person so they said to call them. I called them and still they did not answer. I tried calling a few more times and eventually they block my number. They quote their owner and apparently he said I was crazy to expect a refund. They end communications with me by saying the owner will email me about the situation and explain why I will not be receiving a refund. The owner never emailed me.

Do not trust this company, if anything goes wrong they are horrible with communication, do not honor their word, and will steal your money. The owner should be ashamed to lie in a customers face like that.

They have over $200 from me and I received nothing. Do not trust AZ Cost Pro.
