I have stayed here at least 5 times. It's always great. Always clean and comfortable. This time was Katie at the front desk helping me with the check-in process and she was amazing. Housekeeping those a great job. Definitely will always come back again and stay at this property.

I wish there was a coffee maker in the rooms. Bed are comfortable and pillows are good. Slept very well, a good location and easy to get to. Wish there was a few more options for breakfast like a waffle maker or sausage and bacon. Overall stay was great and we would stay here again.

The bathroom and room were very clean! The bed was sooo comfortable. It was very hot outside but the AC worked great! The coffee at breakfast was AMAZING... every cup is fresh ground. To be a grab and go breakfast there was a wide variety of choices. Our group was large and there was something for everyone.

The place was very clean. Service was great. Breakfast could have been better but overall the food was good. Liking the European flair. Definitely will stay here if we come back up this way. The girls at the front desk greeted and very polite . Asked us if we needed anything but very accommodating

Unfortunately the IHG brand and their team does not understand the importance of Internet for people who travel for work (or fun). For three entire days after making 6 requests to 5 different staff, Internet was not working. The staff knew that it wasn't working and said repeatedly "if I knew how to fix it I would". This isn't the issue. Nobody expects front desk staff or managers to know how to fix leaky plumbing. This is just as important to travelers. Pay an IT support person to come and fix it for the comfort of your guests. Otherwise you are just saying that their needs are not important.
