La hermana y yo guardamos los backpacks aquí después de terminar el Trans Catalina Trail. Creí que lo de mi va a contar como Oversize, pero la recepción me dijo que va a contar como Large. Un alivio por la billetera. Estaban ellos amables y atentos.

The pictures imply small lockers but we didn’t have to handle keys and our luggage came back unaltered. Will use again.

When I called, no one picked up, and it said there was no voice mail set up so I couldn’t leave a voice mail. I tried multiple times but never got through

I messaged the company on the website but they never got back to me.

When I got there, they said reservations are required and also it’s a minimum of 5 bags to deliver to the hotel, which they don’t state on the website. On the website it says minimum 3 bags to a residential area and minimum 5 bags to a condo, but nothing about hotels.

I like the idea of the hotel offering to take your luggage to the ferry for you. However the service to pickup your luggage when departing was not the best. We followed the instructions by our hotel who said our luggage would arrive 2 hours before our departure. When I arrived 1 hour before my departure to pickup my luggage the employee asked what time do we depart. We said 11:50a. She said our luggage hasn't arrived and asked us to wait 10 minutes. We check again she tells us to wait 4 minutes. We're now getting closer to our departure time and we can't understand why our luggage hasn't arrived. Come to find out our luggage has been there the entire time but the employee just didn't take the time to look. This could have made us miss our ferry due to her negligence.

So convenient!! They picked up our luggage from our hotel (Bellanca Hotel) took & held our baggage at their terminal while we enjoyed our last day on the island without having to worry about our luggage. We arrived at the terminal early, provided our tickets & got our luggage just like that.
Aaaaaaand We were literally steps away from our boarding area.. to say this was convenient is to say the least! Thank you!

I was VERY happy with this service & it was both convenient & reasonable ! They came to our hotel & picked up.our bags at $8 a bag & held them all day at the ferry port location, we showed up with our claim ticket & claimed our bags with no issues ... I HIGHLY recommend them & I even tipped them 50 percent ! TRUST ME .... It's worth not dragging ur bags around all day !

We had dive gear attached to a dolly, and when I say attached I mean everything was ratcheted to it to keep it all together. They wanted to charge us for every pice on the dolly, so 4 pieces. Rather than just charging for one extra large item. They also were going to charge for the empty soft dog carrier that was on the top of the larger luggage, which that in itself is petty but I guess technically it’s a separate piece. Really unfortunate that this is the only baggage storage on the island. Sounds like they could use some competition to make them more customer friendly. I’d avoid this place if at all possible.
