Mark was my guy and he was great! Brought in my 2001 Chevy suburban 2500 with 225k on the clock. I was a little nervous because it’s hard finding people that know what a car this old with this many miles needs. Mark was instantly on board and reassuring. He is a big time GM guy and knew exactly what my suburban needed. The estimate was fair and honest. Great work and great customer service. Will be recommending to friends and long time customer.

I blew a trailer tire with a full load of animals in my trailer. I was just around the corner from Auto Stop Elite so I walked I’ve got see if they could fit me in to change my tire for me. Everyone there was so nice and they got my tire changed and got me and the critters back on the road in no time. I am so grateful to them for their help.

Ben and the team were fair, professional, and did an outstanding job servicing, and then lifting my 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Even with the lift, it rides better than new on the highway! Can't wait to take it out on the trails again.

Auto Elite is my new preferred shop for service. Visited twice recently for service on two separate vehicles and both times the experience was great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite, from the service managers to the techs. The service managers were helpful in advising what was best for my vehicles and not just trying to sell service. On my second visit I had tires installed. I have black rims and without asking the service manager ordered black balance weights to match with the wheels. That's the attention to detail that makes the service great and will keep me as a return customer.
