I have been visiting this auction house for several years. It’s a great place to get some wonderful deals or one-of-a-kind jewelry or other items. The website is easy to use. They give you a day after you pick up your item to test it and are good about taking back things that don’t work (which happens sometimes).. as long as the listing isn’t ’as is’. Staff is always friendly.

I purchased something and they refused to bring it to the door. I was quietly waiting. The front desk lady was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I rented a truck. I purchased multiple times and still get this kind of response.

Great place for discounted items. Big issues with non payment from first, second, etc. buyer(s). There should be a charge check or deposit required after the bid reaches a certain dollar amount. Had to bid twice on a high priced listing due to a non paying bidder. They are blacklisted, but I do not know to what level and if they can ever return to bid. Conditions are usually described somewhat accurately with obviously a degree of the auction trying to keep itself safe. But a majority of the items have returns which is good.

This is a great place for really good deals on items I never thought I'd be able to afford! They are very direct and clear with their pick up times and return policy if the items ended up not working out. I've had no issues with this company and plan on purchasing from them again!

Purchasing Treadmill Failure

The owner who goes by Enzo is very impatient. How do you want someone to purchase anything without fully inspecting it? He was not interested in answering question. When I saw duck tape and asked him to remove it, he asked why? When he did and I saw the treadmill was slightly broken, I decided to take my time to inspect it but he was having none of that and asked me to leave since “I did not look like a serious buyer” ENZO, if you reading this, what does a serious buyer look like?

Anyways, if you find a great deal, then go ahead and buy from them but proceed with caution. Maybe I caught ENZO on a bad day. If that is the case, I hope you feeling much better. 1 star due to lack of proper customer service behavior.

Watch out for this place. Over half the items are broken or missing parts. Some of the boxes don’t even have what belongs in it. They like to take photos of new in box items, then you get home and open and it’s not the item on the box or what’s supposed to be in there. Also quite a lot of stuff goes for more than it retails for. How is that even possible? I wrote a email complaining after another person and myself were bidding on item, 2 days left and then it’s just gone. No explanation or anything. So I wrote a email complaint and they booted me off and locked my account. No response, nothing. Everyone I know that has done business with them has had a bad experience. Yes once in a while you’ll get a good item for half cost but not worth the headache.

So after writing this review, the place Auction Synergy, deactivated my account without any explanation. Also responded to review with “I did not send a email explaining what had happened”. Not true, I sent multiple and they never responded to them. Should have never wasted my time with them. You’ll be sorry. I am. I’d give them less than 1 star but I can’t.

I have a great experience having business twice with them. The first occasion I bought one scooter that unfortunately did not work, but I returned it the same day, seamless and without a problem.

Then I have bought a coffee maker that works very well and it's almost new in box. Courteous service. Will be buying new items as they appear on the website.
