We had the best time! This is close enough to town you can walk everywhere but also right next to the trolley stop if you’d rather do that. We stayed in the library, which was a very cozy room with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever stayed on. The atmosphere was lovely, one of the other guests were multiple repeat customers so you know it’s good! The breakfast was incredible, we had such a good time! Thank you Rob & Brenda!

Arsenic and Old Lace was 5 star in every way. Our room was elegant and was not decorated in the over-the-top bunnies or ducks motif that some B&B's use. It was not filled with antiques, but it did have a state of the art modern bathroom with a huge shower, Keurig machine in the room and mini-frig stocked with soda and water. Brenda and Rob, our hosts, were friendly and informative about Eureka Springs. The breakfasts, created by Rob and served by Brenda, were delicious, all three courses! I would definitely book this B&B again when traveling to Eureka Springs. I especially liked the private patio area our room had, where you could read or meditate.

Absolutely the best. Brenda and Rob were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rob's breakfasts were better than most restaurants. The room we stayed in was great, 2 story high windows, jetted tub, large shower. Beautiful outside space to relax and read a good book. This is a great B&B, don't miss it. We'll go back.

Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast in Eureka Springs was an excellent experience! The Tree Top Suite was comfortable and elegant. Rob and Brenda are great hosts and the breakfasts were top notch. Would stay here again!

The Arsenic n Lace is an exceptional bed and breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming inn! The rooms are well-appointed and the hosts are wonderful! Furthermore, the breakfast each morning is top notch! If you are looking for a romantic Eureka Springs getaway, put this inn on your list.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location was great, it was a 2 minute drive to the downtown area or a 10ish minute walk. The house was super cozy & relaxing. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the porch. Our room and the entire house was super clean. Rob and Brenda were super friendly, had good suggestions for things to do and places to eat, & were very welcoming. We will be staying here anytime we make a trip to Eureka!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! We were SO pleased with absolutely everything.

Rob & Brenda are wonderful hosts and were so helpful with providing tips on where to have dinner, how to use the trolley, how to walk into town (very easy, that’s what we typically did).

Rob’s breakfasts were INCREDIBLE.

The Chantilly Rose room had a fabulous balcony where we loved having our morning coffee.

Eureka Springs itself was a total delight. We didn’t know we had chosen to stay in such a unique, quirky place.

Thank you, Rob & Brenda, for going above & beyond to provide such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Amazing, friendly hosts! Rob and Brenda know Eureka, which makes your stay even better! Fantastic breakfasts! They care about the small details! Rooms are cozy, comfortable and quiet. Looking forward to our next visit!
