The management at this Facility is fantastic. They are very efficient, helpful and friendly. The facility has multiple layers of security and the facility staff maintain a constant watch for any violations of security protocol. The lot is well maintained and very well lighted at night. There is good window of lot access hours each day that provides a lot of flexibility for the customers. There is also a complete list of amenities at the storage facility making the storage experience even better. Propane, fresh water, sewage dump abilities, compressed air and a coin operated spray wash are all available and always operable. We have stored our RV at this lot, it has been a great experience for our family

Hands down the best storage facility we could find for our business needs. Clear communication via emails, easy payment options and the staff is top notch. Their maintenance employee, Jesse, has come to our rescue on several occasions helping us when we struggled to hitch up and keeping the area around any of the food trailer’s extra clean so as to not have to worry about pests. Office staff is wonderful as well and we are so grateful to have them for our food trailer.

Me and my family are relocating to Litchfield Park and needed a storage unit while we wait for our new home to be completed. I called several storage facilities and ended up speaking with Michelene from Arizona Self Storage & RV Storage at Litchfield Park. She was very polite and helpful and made it very easy for me to make arrangements that suited our needs. The storage facility is clean, secure and their units are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a storage facility.

Having been a Tennant at this location for some years now, I can say, without a doubt, that my experiences with the office staff has been nothing but excellent! Everytime I have a question , I am provided with a timely answer.
Lately, the park has implemented a new entry procedure using an app on our cell phones...once downloaded, we are able to remotely open any gate, while remaining inside our vehicles. I had not yet downloaded the app and was standing in front of my space when the manager, Michelene, happened to come by. I asked her about the new process and she was kind enough to stay with me and 'walked me through' the process of entering the app on my phone. Her actions were very much appreciated and showed her commitment to serving her tenants.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage place, knowing that the Michelene will be there to answer questions in a friendly and professional manner !

Storage units are rat infested. Been renting a unit for almost four years, paying $85 a month, only to discover last weekend that all my belongings have been destroyed by rats. The unit and all my belongs were covered in rat droppings and pee. The smell is awful. Contacted management and they just shrugged it off. He tried to insinuate that I must have food in the unit. There was absolutely no food or anything like food in the unit. I spoke to a couple other tenants who were around that day and they have the same issue and received the same response from management. There are rat traps and random rat droppings and pee puddles all around the facility so there is no way that management did not know there is an issue. Yet, they failed to notify tenants of the infestation and give them a chance to check their belongs or remove them. Instead, they ignored it until people’s possessions were beyond saving.

The storage owners position is that they are not liable and you are responsible for carrying your own insurance on the storage room. But failing to notify existing and prospective tenants of the infestation IS the responsibility of the storage facility. You are paying to store your goods in a clean, dry, secure space. This is the only service they are providing. They are required to maintain the space. By allowing rats to incumber the space they are in breach of contract. Rats carry a variety of diseases and can cause damage to personal property. This would deem the space neither clean nor secure and constitutes a health hazard. The property management should be doing routine maintenance and repairs. If they fail to do this then it shows negligence on their behalf. Rather than notify tenants of the infestation, they are continuing to collect rent on units each month and allowing personal possessions to be destroyed. Many of the items I had stored there were family heirlooms and of sentimental value. These things cannot be replaced.

I hope this will save others from having their belongings destroyed by renting a unit from this facility. And, if you already have a unit at this facility, please check on your belongings.

I went to the storage lot to retrieve some items from my RV. I got in a hurry, left my door open an stairs down. They called and reminded my RV was left open. She put the steps up for me and closed it up. Excellent service.

This place is great for storage! Michelene is so nice and great to talk to. Prices are reasonable, and the property is very clean!
