I contacted Fletch to purchase another Superior safe. I have been dealing with Arizona Safe Outlet for several years now and have always been pleased with their service. I feel their price is reasonable based on the model I purchased, especially knowing it was made in the United States. Not only does the safe seem secure, but it's a beautiful piece of furniture.

Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and cares a great deal about his product. He’s welcoming and kind in his demeanor, and is willing to help or answer any questions you might have. He is in no way pushy like a typical sales person. He’s around to give you answers, but gives you the space you need to explore the safes on your own. From my understanding, he holds the fort down mostly himself, and seems to manage it well. He’s responsive, willing to work with you on payment options, has delivery options, and will do what he can to help you find the right safe for you and your home.

Fletch made my first time buying a safe a very smooth process. Brian was very professional with the delivery. Very pleasant experience. Fletch was very informative and not high pressure. I felt like a got a good deal and they were able to deliver it in my time frame which was a huge plus. Fletch even was on the delivery and they did a great job.
They also patiently explained the operation of the safe and when I had a question and called them they were there for an immediate answer. Highly recommended!

This is the place to buy a safe! Very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain about everything we asked. He spent a good hour with us. We didn't purchase that day but got a good attitude and we came back at a later to buy. Great quality for a great price! Just called to see if we could get touch up paint for a tiny nick we put in it and they actually offered to come out to fix it. Not needed for that small thing but they stand behind the product they sell 100%! Couldn't ask for better!

In my search for the perfect safe for my very specific and restrictive dimensions I stopped into Arizona Safe Outlet. In speaking with Dave we realized that my specific situation pointed to a unique safe that he did not carry. Dave did not try and sway me into a safe that he sells, he did not try to discredit the safe I ended up going with. Dave was just honest and led me to a safe he knew would best fit my needs even though that meant he lost a sale. This type of honesty and integrity is extremely hard to find and exactly why I am writing this review. Dave mentioned that he could however pick up the safe from wherever I purchased it from and deliver it to me. After making the purchase from Cabelas and checking out their contracted delivery option I called Dave and he was able to save me a considerable amount of money on the delivery. Dave was right on time with the delivery and conducted himself with extreme professionalism. There were no surprise fees or extras Dave simply brought the safe on time was extremely careful and charged me what he said he would charge. This folks is how you do business. Dave and Arizona Safe Outlet has a customer for life and I will enthusiastically send anyone looking for a Safe or looking to have one moved to Dave & Arizona Safe Outlet.
