I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Arizona Leather Furniture & Accessories located at 14202 N Scottsdale Rd, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The manager, Lynn Florio, was incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in the door.

I was looking for a living room all-leather set in southwestern colors reminiscent of Sedona. Lynn took the time to ask me about my specific preferences, including how firm I like the seating and details about the legs of the furniture. Her expertise and attention to detail made the process smooth and enjoyable. I ended up ordering a beautiful couch and loveseat that perfectly fit my vision. Lynn also provided me with an excellent price for such high-quality furniture.

After visiting other stores in search of a modern recliner, I quickly realized that Arizona Leather offered the best value and quality. I returned a few hours later to purchase a recliner, and once again, Lynn's exceptional service stood out.

I shared pictures of my old leather furniture with Lynn, showing her the cracking of the leather. She explained that in Arizona's dry conditions, leather must be cleaned and conditioned quarterly to maintain its softness. Lynn even gave me a bottle of their cleaner and conditioner and suggested I set a quarterly reminder in my calendar, which has been incredibly helpful.

I have owned this furniture for a year now, and it still retains a hint of that wonderful new furniture smell. Guests frequently comment on the lovely design and color, and it fits perfectly in my living room. It can be challenging to find stores that carry all-leather furniture, not just pieces with leather seating areas and non-leather sides. Arizona Leather offers genuine all-leather furniture, which was exactly what I was looking for.

What truly sets this store apart is Lynn's dedication to her customers. During our conversation, I mentioned a medical concern I was dealing with, and she later sent a special bracelet to my home. This thoughtful gesture showed how much she cares about making a genuine connection with her customers.

I highly recommend Arizona Leather Interiors and I am grateful for Lynn's exceptional service and care. This store is a gem for anyone looking for high-quality, all-leather furniture with a personal touch.

We had the best experience with our salesperson/Manager Caryle(Carol). She was friendly, so sweet and very knowledgeable.
We absolutely love our couch and two loveseats! I’ve called the store a couple times to remind me how and when to use the cleanser and conditioner and she’s answered my questions every time. I would highly recommend Arizona Leather Interiors and especially Carol.

Caryle (pronounced Carol) listened to our needs, including the style of our house, the usage requirements (4 kids), and what type of leather we liked (buttery yet durable). She offered a couple of great options, and we ultimately settled on one she already knew we would love.

She and her colleagues kept us informed as to the delivery dates, and we got the couch delivered in a bit more than 2 months. Their delivery driver, Rafael, was nice, efficient, and professional in his service.

This was our 3rd time ordering furniture from Arizona Leather and we couldn’t be more pleased. This time we ordered custom coordinating pieces western style that turned out absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was excellent as usual which is why we keep coming back to Arizona Leather each time we want new furniture. Also, Lynn has been great to work with, always helpful and on top of things. We absolutely love the sofa, love seat and recliner-swivel chair we purchased for our new home. Excellent furniture and service.

Excellent service when you are in the store. Lynn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased two recliners that I had been looking for, for many months. I finally settled on two that I liked and had custom made from Arizona Leather in Scottsdale that cost over $6,000.00

I ordered the chairs on 10/9 and they were promised before Christmas. They did not deliver until 12/29. That was upsetting but be that as it may this was not the real issue. The chairs are beautiful and just the way I wanted them... almost.

One of the chairs is just fine. The other chair had an issue. There seems to be something wrong with the sitting cushion where it sits approx. 5"-6" higher than the other chair/cushion. My feet are dangling in the air but on the other chair they sit flat on the ground, just the way it should be.

I reported the issue on January 5th to the store. They were in disbelief and couldn't believe there was a problem. They were responsive but extremely illusive about fixing the issue, almost denying that there is a problem at all. For the next 2 weeks I sent pictures, measurements of the cushions and videos showing the issues. They still deny that there is a problem at all! Their solution was to send a technician but that they couldn't get to my home until March... 3 months after the chairs delivered!!!

The technician did finally come to my home, took measurements, sat in the chair and admitted that there was an issue. Two weeks after the technician came I heard nothing so naturally I am reaching out to the store again. They said the report from the tech was that everything is just fine. I am in shock, disbelief and now more frustrated than ever. They do not want to step up to the problem and fix it.

I want the chairs, I like the chairs but this is a problem. I can't make this up. I have requested they Lynn, the store manager or whomever come to my home and see it for themselves. Give me a break, why would I make this up It makes no sense.

The service after the sale has been horrible, frustrating and down right wrong. I spent a lot of time and money on these chairs, and waited a long time to receive them. THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THEY REFUSE TO STEP UP. It's insulting and frustrating.

The take away here is that if you buy something from this store just pray there are no issues with the merchandise. If there aren't any issues after you receive it you will likely be happy. If there are issues get ready to be frustrated and angry with the service and insults to your intelligence. I personally regret buying these from these chairs from Arizona Leather.

I did attach some pictures and the measurements would show about 3" or so difference but what you cannot see from the pictures is the cushion sits higher in the front than and lower as is recedes towards the back of the chair. This is why my feet are sitting 5"-6" higher off the ground.

The numbers and pictures don't lie! They tell the story. Cant make it up.

I can't say enough good things about Arizona Leather and the service/products we have received! We came in here and spoke with Lynn, she helped us with everything we wanted and guided us through the process of getting new sofas.

We ended up with the greatest couches I have ever sat in and for a very good price! They are a little more expensive, but that's because you are getting REAL leather that will last 15 years! I've purchased $400 couches before, and they fall apart after a couple years.

Totally worth spending the extra money and coming in to AL to speak with Lynn and the other helpful staff. Thanks Lynn!

Wonderful products. Just received my beauriful chair. Caryl is a joy to work with. I mentioned that there were a couple of wrinkles on the chair and without my even asking, she has already contacted customer service to schedule a service visit. Very appreciative for her proactive action. Thinking about a second chair.
