Their employees are very rude, they act like they own the brand. The guy and the tall dark haired woman who was at the checkout yesterday at 5pm, were looking at me like they didn't like me or something like that. The other guy at the door was staring at me the whole time, every time I turned around he was staring at me. The blonde woman with the red sweatshirt seems to be the only one who actually wants to work and make some sales. I'm Mexican so I hope this isn't a race thing.

Worst shopping experience. Weird, pushy, stalker-like staff that do not respect personal space. I was visiting the area from UK and thought I would take a look in Aritzia to see if there was anything of interest. I was browsing the clothing when a member of staff asked if I need any assistance to which I replied no and that I am all good. A few minutes later the same shop assistant was back, lingering around me in a very strange, stalker-like way, and started to ask if I had heard of the brand before, where I was from and then my name! It was way too personal and unbalanced as other people were shopping and not being hounded in the same way. As I continued to browse, the shop assistant continued to follow me around, forcing conversation. Every time I moved, she followed. She continued to ask me questions (non-brand related) and I informed her that I was waiting for my son and husband, to which she replied "oh, Is that what the backpack is for" (pointing to the Toy Story bag on my back). The backpack clearly triggered the sales assistant and the weird stalker-like vibe that I had been getting all made sense now, but how ridiculous! Spending time profiling someone in a child's backpack whilst all the other customers were coming and going (and clearly not being monitored by her because she was too focused on me), it's a humorous double standard. It's a shame as I didn't even get a chance to properly look at the clothes due to all the hounding, so ended up taking my money elsewhere.

I’ve been shopping Aritzia for years and I’ve never had such a bad experience until today. This location is really off putting. No one greets you. They don’t even say thank you. They really make you feel like helping you is annoying task. I’m sure they understand what good customer service is because they probably have been to a McDonald’s and even there they have better service, but they choose to have this behavior that really turns people off. They need to do better because ultimately their treatment to customers will directly impact their overall sales and success of their store.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in retail. I was shopping with my sister and I had a pair of trousers in my hand while was looking around the store. I was offered help by one of their staff. Which I thought it was thoughtful at first. It wasn’t until she proceeded to offer me a dressing room or taking my stuff ( one item) to the dressing room multiple times after I had politely declined and said I was fine. I had only been in the store for less than 5 minutes. She continued and offered to take the trousers I had in hand to the register. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and humiliated in my life. This is not a design store. Please act like it. just an overpriced Zara.

I would give this store a 3.5 only because the manager was lovely and helped me with my return. I agree with the other reviews saying that the other staff are usually not helpful and rude

Don't waste your time here.
Came in on Thursday night 11/30. Not very busy, but in 20+ minutes I was never acknowledged, greeted, or helped by anyone. Couldn't even tell who the employees were bc they weren't wearing ID. I liked some clothes but had questions -- even stood at checkout and was never acknowledged! Crazy. This is the problem with compensation that is not more commission-based - the employees just didn't care. I left the clothes I had intended to buy at checkout and walked out. Opposite experience at Tommy Bahama - attractive clothes, really nice and helpful staff and great service!!

Return policy is awful. Buyer beware because they don’t tell you at point of sale- final sale on any item that’s on promotion (which is much of the store). I bought a dress in a hurry a few days ago with no time to try on and didn’t even realize it was 10% off. Now I can’t get my cash back and am forced to spend the money in store. It’s not necessarily the store team’s fault (outside of the fact that nobody mentioned- I truly wouldn’t have made the purchase to begin with) but Aritzia as a company needs to reconsider these ridiculous rules. Once this gift card is spent, I won’t be back.

I recently forgot my wallet in this store while traveling. It wasn't until the next day at noon that I remembered to look for it.

But luckily, the store clerk had found it. The environment here is nice, and also the girls here are sooo friendly. Thank you a lot! :)))
