Worst management I have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. There was 2-3 switches of management living there only 12 months and this current one has to be the worst. They will never answer the phone, but that is the least terrible thing shockingly.

Our apartment at Arbor Pointe had gotten shot up the summer of 2022 and their response was terrible. All they did was power wash the blood off the sidewalk, put a bush where a bullet landed by our door, and then lied for months about putting cameras up. I called 3 months after the incident asking about if they were ever going to put up the promised cameras, and they very conveniently received them that day, but 1-2 months later and they had yet to install them.

I had my clothes stolen out of the laundry facility (of course no cameras, hours for it arent followed, and the door is never locked so anyone non-resident or not can come in).

They would shut off water multiple times with ZERO warning. and then would not answer the phone and their maintenance number would not work. The longest they shut it off once was for almost 6 hours. I had to go out and ask the actual people working on the waterlines and they had 0 answers either.

So quick to sound nice and understanding on the phone (when they actually answer), but then not actually do anything they say.

And before they want to reply that they’re new management, no, this applies TO the new management.

TERRIBLE place to live. So unsafe. They don’t care about you. It’s dirty. And they’ll still raise rent after your apartment gets shot up (by over $300 too)

So loud and quiet hours aren’t followed, especially for the pool so good luck if you live near it because there’s no sound blocking. It’s also right by the parking lot so you’ll hear every car at any hour of the night and day.

Place needs to be shut down. Pictures are the bullet holes that were left on our apartment in the 900 buildings.

This is the most money hungry apartment complex I have ever lived in. They will charge you extra after you move even if you paid pet deposits, etc. When I first moved here the maintenance let our cat out of our apartment and didn’t tell us. I had to search for my cat around the apartment- luckily I found her. They also showed me an apartment that was not the one I was moving to. They told me my apartment would have a washer and dryer. When move-in day came there was no washer and dryer. It took them weeks to get us one and they still charged our rent accordingly even though we went weeks without the appliances they promised us. They charged us for damage that was already in the apartment when we moved there. They charged us for having a trash bag in the front of our door when the dumpsters were overflowing. They called me personally about the trash bag and had an attitude. They do not plow for ice making you have to walk to your cars that you have to park outside of the complex in order to leave. I broke my arm because they refused to plow and I was having to walk downhill to get to my car. They are overall the worst place I have ever lived. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. There is cheaper and more well kept apartments in the area. They are STINGY, GREEDY, and RUDE. Do not move here unless you like constant unexpected charges on your account.

This would be zero stars if possible.

Good central location and I like the full kitchen feel. Maintenance tends to respond quickly at times. But at the same time the maintenance man took my tape measure with him (maybe an accident) on one occasion. Emergency calls are not returned, and the pool areas need upgrading badly.

From my experience with living at Arbor point has been a very Pleasurable stay. From the leasing agents and management being attentive to my preferences, needs and desires It has been quite an enduring experience for me. The maintenance team has been up to par since I’ve been living here, any problems I’ve been handled thoroughly and properly.

Man I love my apartment!! I appreciate Jazmine for helping me find my place. I don’t have no issues at all. My neighbors are nice. There isn’t any loud noises or anything to disrupt me when working from home. I’m grateful! This apartment complex is amazing !

I initially had high hopes for Arbor Pointe at Hillcrest after the change in management, and even extended my lease for an additional year. For a brief period, things improved, especially with Brian, the previous maintenance manager , who was always helpful. However, my experience took a turn for the worse over time.
The current management has become extremely greedy, imposing unnecessary fines for trivial things like hanging decorative lights on the patio, yet completely ignoring serious issues like residents smoking marijuana, which I reported multiple times. They also failed to keep common areas, such as the trash spaces, clean.
After living here for three years, I was shocked to receive a $650 charge for "painting and damage to paint" upon moving out, despite the fact that I had documented the apartment's condition when I moved in—dirty and damaged, with broken items in multiple closets. It’s clear they are trying to squeeze as much money as possible from tenants when they move out.
My initial positive review from over a year ago was based on that brief period of improvement, but I can no longer recommend Arbor Pointe at Hillcrest. If you're looking for a place to rent, I highly discourage considering this property. They prioritize making money over taking care of their residents and maintaining a fair environment.
Stay away from Arbor Pointe if you want to avoid unnecessary headaches and unfair charges

My previous review (2022)
When I started staying here in Arbor Pointe, I was counting my days to finish my lease of one year. At that time, management, specially manager, was horrible. But when the new management had taken the property, it was awesome. Now, I had extended my lease for another year and hope to stay here till I buy my own house. Speciall Brian (maintenance manager) is impressive, and always ready to help us. Hope this management will best for their resident.

Been living here for six years, great neighborhood, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Also Jasmine who works in the office keeps her word and gets things done.

Not very responsive to the phone. I have never received a call back in the three years I lived there, excluding emergency maintenance requests. You just have to keep calling a few times each day and just pray they answer. We were promised every single unit would receive a washer and dryer, that never happened. Instead they proceeded to charge us extra for the laundry mat on sight and reduced the amount of time you get to dry your clothes. I NEVER had a pest control rep inside my home to spray. On my last day there I forgot my sunglasses and called the office with no answer. I called the next day to find out that maintenance goes in the following business day to clean out everything. If they would've called me back or answered in the first place I could've gotten my glasses back. Only time anything got done is when my husband called corporate on them. I do not recommend living here considering the cost. If it were cheaper to offset all of the negatives I would've considered staying.
