Normally I work on my own bikes, but ran into some issues with the disk brake setup with ELF flip flop hubs that caused me to take it to the experts resolve the fitment. Jeremy and Aaron were very helpful in resolving my issue. Jeremy figured out I needed a different brake system that would allow to fit in the tight space. That fixed the problem.

Very very pleased by Apple Valley Bicycles. Brought in a couple of tires for my electric wheelchair that needed new inner tubes. These people were able to recommend appropriate replacements, and installed them for me as well.
I’ve taken these tires to other (supposedly) tire shops in Victorville, and was turned away because they won’t work on wheelchair repairs. Even though all I needed was inner tubes.
Apple Valley bikes had NO PROBLEMS changing out simple inner tubes.

My wife and I just purchased our first e-bikes (Denago Fat tire) from Sean and Aaron and we could not be any happier.
They had the size and color of my bike in stock and ordered the size and color for my wifes bike from the factory.
The service department is a full on complete build and repair shop with the latest and greatest tools and equipment for every type of bike and rider.
I sincerely could not recommend these guys more. We're pretty lucky to have such a knowledge crew and staff for all of our needs.

I recently converted a mountain bike to a 1x drivetrain and purchased a gravel bike from this shop and I won’t go anywhere else for sales or service. Everyone at the shop is friendly and knowledgeable. They have not tried to up sale me for the sake of making money, rather they inform me why spending a little more now is more beneficial if I plan to stick with a particular item or type of bike. I seldom feel heard or taken care of when I raise issues or have questions at other businesses but Apple Valley bikes is full of people who genuinely love bikes and sharing their passion with their customers

I love this shop! The guys who run it are awesome, they are so very helpful and really nice. I have been here multiple times for accessories, repairs and even bike purchases. The shop offers a great selection of bikes and accessories. The prices are very good for both service and products. They enjoy talking to customers about bikes and they are very knowledgeable as well. I recently bought a LIV e mountain bike and the process was really amazing. Aaron helped me out by showing me all the options and really educated me about the upgraded options. He spent a lot of time with me as I was so indecisive. He was patient and so very kind. Once we committed he made the process so easy he fitted me perfectly for the correct size which was probably my biggest concern with ordering online. The bike came in 5 days and it fits me perfectly. I’ve ridden it so much already and am so happy with it. Also when you buy a bike there you get lifetime adjustments, definitely a huge bonus. Check this awesome shop out, you won’t be disappointed!

Just drove Into the area and parked at the narrows park got my electric bike out and my front brake didn't work the handle just went all the way and nothing happened. I went over to. Victorville bike shop first, the old guy looked at my bike and said get "your bike out of my shop before it blows up. It's not a brand name E Bike"!!!
So then I rode over to Apple Valley bike shop who said no problem. We'll fix it. Jeremy was the tech and he did an excellent job if you have bike problems take them here to Apple Valley Bikes.!
