I have come for corporate health checkup as appointment was at 8.35am so came to clinic at 7.45am but my fasting blood test was done at 9.45, they said not to eat as abdominal scan needs to be done so waited till 10.30am then it was completed at 11am. So there is no proper procedure, billing person are only 2members taking so much time. They don’t even see how many patients are waiting. I believe that staff should take care of corporate employees who come in weekends as they get off so separate staff or any person should guide them.
I also say giving discounts is important so that many people can come to do tests.

Poor management, they asked me to collect the test reports after one day, when I reach there they are simply saying reports are not ready, you can come after 2 days and no doctor consultation is provided. Won't recommend.

Surprisingly mailing is essential even your slot is reserved. Don't have proper sequence. Basic tests but cumbersome process. Weekends visits are not so good and ENT doctor is not available for a month. What they shows and what they provide is different.

Horrible service, can't manage even 40 patients, Staff very rude, constant cribbing of overwork and less staff, no coordination, no sequence of tests, tests are based on dicors availability,Pray to god they turn up and you can get tests done...Untra sound first and then blood samples as Doctor wants to leave the facility, sad state of affairs.Plz avoid at all cost.

I visited the clinic in A.S. Rao Nagar along with my son recently as he was suffering from fever.

The staff were attentive and registration process was completed within no time and we could complete the consultation with the doctor in 30 minutes without any wait time. This was a big relief as there was very little wait time unlike in other clinics where one has to wait for quite long time even with a prior appointment of the doctor.

Another advantage of this clinic is the availability of inhouse tests for x-ray and blood etc. The generation of reports also was quite fast thus saving lot of time. Ofcourse, the rates are a little bit on higher side when when compared witb other test providers.

Overall my experience was pleasant and time saving which was more important along with impressive service.

Pathetic service - no coordination within the staff.. premises is not clean.. everywhere we can see the documents thrown on the tables.. scanning machine.. chairs.. sofas… definitely not recommended..

Disappointing Experience at Apollo Clinic, Rao Nagar

I recently visited the Apollo Clinic in Rao Nagar, expecting quality healthcare services for my corporate body checkup. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the arrogant behavior of the staff.

From the moment I walked in, I encountered a lack of courtesy and professionalism from the staff. They seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns.
I was not provided with proper guidance on the procedures or tests required, which added to my frustration.

To make matters worse, there was a significant delay in delivering my reports. The clinic's inefficiency in communicating test results promptly caused unnecessary anxiety.

Furthermore, the staff showed no initiative in compiling and organizing my reports in a file or folder. I was left to manage multiple individual reports, with no option for a comprehensive file or folder.

Overall, my experience at Apollo Clinic, Rao Nagar, was subpar. With such poor staff behavior and organizational issues, I would not recommend this clinic to others.

*Recommendations for improvement:

1. Staff training on courtesy and patient care.
2. Clear communication and guidance on procedures and tests.
3. Efficient report delivery system.
4. Organized report management (compiled files/folders).

*Advice to patients: Be prepared for a worst experience and ensure you carry a file to manage your reports, as the staff may not provide one.

Firstly it's a small place with huge crowd flow. There is no sistamatic approach. Anyone known is given first priority others keep waiting. Elderly people take the major hit. And consultation file sent to doctor are overlapped which is leading to restless Ness. Useless service no proper guidance provided, no clear information provided about the doctor. Staff here is feeling the burden to help the customers.
